 + -1 moreMike was on time, extremely polite, took his shoes off in my home, cleaned up after himself and thoroughly explained everything to this female who knows very little about air conditioning and furnaces. I was so pleased I signed up for an automatic service visit of twice a year.
Description of Work: Checked my furnace and air conditioner. There was a lot of water draining from the furnace. The technician cleaned a hose line which was plugged, cleaned my filter, and opened the furnace because the drain pan was overflowing. He fixed everything and then added coolant as I was low and the coils were freezing up.
