Excellent - no issues, will purchase from them again. Do - get three quotes and do your own research even after the quotes are in, to make sure that the service is what you need. Ask lots of questions, esp during installation. Take pictures if needed. Don't - be pressured to sign, there and then.

They were on time, great staff, did it quickly and quitly and cleaned up everthing. GREAT job!

They came to figure out the problem. It happen to be a couple of blown fuses in the box outside. They fixed the fuses. While he was there, he cleaned the furnace and made sure it was running well. He also checked the cooling levels.

There was a mixup in the scheduling. The person taking the appointment scheduled me for one week later. I had taken time off work for the appointment. I called the vendor after no one showed up. It was late (after 6:00PM). They sent someone out. He was done in lestt than an hour

They were the American standard dealer. We wanted American standard furnace and the air conditioning. We went with the brand first and the company came with it. In terms of price, I thought they were very reasonable. I would have them out in the future again. They were really good because they called from the office to tell us that the men were on their way, so that we wouldn't miss them.

I've used Robin for years including a complete furnace replacement five years ago. The service guy was prompt, quick, and clean.

I have used them for years, from installation of an air conditioner to new furnace and duct cleaning. There was an issue that needed to be corrected, and they made several extra trips to a siding warehouse to get the issue resolved ASAP. They provide extremely personal service, which is why I continue to call them for HVAC service.

It turned out fine. They did a good job.

These guys are great. Very professional, no high pressure sales. We worked with Robin himself and I have to tell you, he's a good person at heart. This is the second time we have purchased a new furnace from these folks and I trust them completely.

They come out twice a year. They check our furnace and air conditioner. They will also go in our crawl space. They will let us know if anything needs to be repaired, and if so if they are able to fix it or not.

When the installed my furnace they would maintain my furnace 2 times a year with no charge. Now it’s been a year and they will not honor that statement and said that is not how they run the business. They would never state more then a year. I feel like they are taking advantage of me because of my address and I am a single women who is a senior citizens.

They are organized. They always arrive when they say they are. There prices are fair. The technicians that come out are well trained.

They were excellent. They were very professional and they did not waste our time or make a mess. They did everything they needed to and we would certainly use them again.

They came out on a few hours notice to repair my furnace when it went out unexpectedly. They also brought it to my attention that the parts were under warranty. They handled billing the parts to the furnace manufacturer. They also offered my a very reasonable maintenance program where they came out and cleaned my furnace before winter, and cleaned my air conditioner before summer.

Had two other heating specialists come and do a carbon monoxide reading of our boiler, both found that levels were not dangerous. Both questioned Robin Aire's method of reading CO levels in the chimney, as that is where it is supposed to draft out of the home. Current levels of CO are at zero after cleaning by another company. The boiler, while old, does not have to be replaced.

Overall I was not pleased with the company. They gave me many estimates on items that didn't need to be fixed. They also had to come back out and fix a problem they caused.

While it seems a number of other folks have had positive experiences with this company --ours was fairly negative. The serviceman came out on one occasion and recharged our AC without looking for a leak (system is only 2 years old). 3 weeks later I had them back out (stopped working) and they determined that my evaporator coil had to be replaced. The service guy sat in the truck on the phone checking to see if it was still under manufacturer warranty. While he was out there I did my own checking. He came in and said sorry that it was no longer covered. I found out that it was still covered and went with another service company who only charged me labor as it should have been the case.

It went great. First a representative came out to diagnose the problem; that was a $69 service charge. He said they should be able to repair the old humidifier, replace the valve on the water line and move the valve to the hot water line (because it's more efficient) for approximately $250; or they could install a new humidifier for $439. I chose to have the humidifier replaced (it was 14 years old). We set an appointment for Friday. Mike replaced the humidifier on a Friday, and seemed a little unsure about the existing wiring. The following Monday, I received a call that he wanted to come out and recheck things -- that old wiring bothered him all weekend. He returned and redid the wiring -- no additional charge.

MY FURNACE STOPPED RUNNING. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT THAT DAY BETWEEN 3:00 PM AND 6:00 PM. WHEN THEY WEREN'T HERE BY 5:45 PM I CALLED AND GOT AN ANSWERING SERVICE BECAUSE THE OFFICE CLOSED AT 5:00 PM. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, WHICH THEY DID. THEY SAID THAT HE WAS RUNNING LATE BUT WOULD STILL BE HERE TONIGHT. HE ARRIVED AROUND 6:45 PM AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. HE HAD THE NECESSARY PART IN HIS TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE FURNACE THAT NIGHT, WHICH MADE ME VERY HAPPY AS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNPLEASANTLY COLD IN THE HOUSE. I WILL CALL THEM FOR ANY HEATING AND COOLING REPAIRS.

In the past 3 years, I have used their services for a variety of different repairs. They have completed maintenance to my furnace, water heater and carbon monoxide issues. With this particular job, they stuck right to estimate. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. The employees showed up on time. During all of my experiences, they have always treated me right and done a fantastic job.

They told me I needed a cleaning every year. They were very professional! I would use them again!

The young man was on time, very polite, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions, and showed me all the matter that was blown out of the ducts. He did a great job.

They were very courteous and seemed very knowlegedable in what they were doing. He went above and beyond to provide great service.

This company and their representatives were responsive, courteous, professional, and very skilled. Our A/C conked out for good during the latest heat wave and Robin Aire was out to the house quickly and explained fully what was involved and several options to repair or replace. My wife has nothing but great things to say about the staff that came out to the house. We would highly recommend Robin Aire to anyone for their heating and cooling needs!

It took 2 visits. They put tracers in to find the leak. They put 4 lbs of Freon in as well. I would highly recommend them.
