Description of Work: new HVAC- previously serviced my existing system.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced a part. Very fast service.

Description of Work: Secondary heat exchanger under warranty. Part was totally shot.

Description of Work: Showed up an hour late. Quoted $445 for a $120 part. Tried to upsell a service plan which "saved" me 15% on the overpriced work but still added almost $100 to the total. Needless to say I told them thanks but no thanks. Waste of $70 for the service call.

Description of Work: Installed two mini - split heat pumps. |Went very well. I was very impressed with Robin Aire from the initial estimate through job completion and would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We have used Robin Aire ever since we bought our house in Milford approximately 7 years ago. We have used them for our new furnace, new AC unit, winter and spring maintenance of the HVAC system, for duct cleaning, and to repair our pool motor. The most recent service was to fix our in-ground swimming pool motor. They fixed only what needed to be fixed and did not propose excess work on the motor. Their service is fantastic, their response for repair service is always the same day and at the time they said they would come. They have come out in emergencies within 2 hours & on weekends. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of work done and they always take the time to explain what needs to be done and then what was or was not done. The office staff, the owner, and all service people are wonderful to work with.
