Description of Work: I've never dealt with such an unresponsive company....they give you a 50 year warranty (a Joke) as I have had the windows for less than 60 days and have yet to get an answer when the replacement will be installed.The salesman was overbearing and with any sense I should never have signed the contract.....and it's been nothing but aggravation and huge cost since. My advice to anyone STAY AWAY from Majic Window. Their only saving grace is the installation crew. The price is very expensive, The salesman was overbearing, the windows are OK, the installation crew is good, the customer service is nil and in general this is a company to AVOID. Save yourself some money, time, aggravation and headaches and find windows elsewhere. Finally, after nine weeks the replacement window has been installed.....after calls, faxes, report to BBB..the window "majically" was found in the warehouse. Buyer Beware!

Description of Work: Haha, this guys are an indictment of the entire Angie's List process. Look at the 5 reviews from Mar 23 (have to look past the most recent 3 yrs of reviews). They have the five fakest reviews imaginable. All on the same day. All saying mostly the same thing. All in all-caps. Hahaha what a joke. Angie's List, you are complete and total fail. Those reviews have been up for years and Angie's List doesn't have anything even like "this review has been flagged as being potentially fraudulent." Cancelling my subscription ASAP. As far as Majic Windows goes, I only called them to see what a tough sell window shop "felt" like so I could recognize it when another company hasn't made it so obvious. The only question here is who has a more untrustworthy service - Majic Windows or Angie's List??

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THE WORKERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE POLITE AND I FELT LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO GET ALL THE WINDOWS PUT IN.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOME.

Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW ACRYLIC BATHTUB AND SHOWER WALLS INSTALLED. THEY ALSO INSTALLED NEW SHOWER DOORS, NEW SHOWER HEAD AND HANDLES.
