Description of Work: I have hired Craig many times in the past and he has been a major contributor to upgrading my home. The last time he was over time, rebuild the floor under the sink where wood had rotted due to a leak. He has done so many different things but I'll try to list a few....install two doors going to the outside, removed cabinets above a peninsula and remodeled some, install recessed lights, made mirrors to match new bathroom cabinets, installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen, changed a cabinet and sink in a 1/2 bath, fixed a fence and dryer, did some plumbing, installed wired fire alarms, installed crown molding, installed a microwave above the stove (which required trimming the cabinet above it shorter), etc. I'm sure I'm leaving things out. We have always been satisfied with his work and would recommend him for any job. If he doesn't feel comfortable doing it, he will recommend someone that will do a good job.

Description of Work: Craig is the BEST! Hands down, awesome. Absolutely goes the extra mile, saves money where he can. Only mild cons - he's busy and sometimes hard to get on the schedule, and he's a perfectionist. But he is great at fixing anything, custom builds - whatever you need. Highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Our furnace was giving us a furnace error code. We called My Handyman they came out in a few hours. My husband had been doing some grinding in the basement. The fine particles had blocked the filter causing the error code. Duh! The gentleman who came out didn't even charge for the service. Very kind surprise. Definitely would use them for additional service.

+ 0 moreI had stripped my hot water faucent and couldn't figure out how to take the faucet knob off. Even though he was extremely booked that day, he stopped by, helped me get the know and insert off. I had the wrong part, so I was able to go back to the store and then I was able to handle the job from that point since he was running back to his other job. I appreciated his willingness to stop by and just help out on a small job! Definitely what I needed and I will call him for bigger jobs in the future.

+ 1 moreGarage door motor not working -- he recommended I order a new motherboard from the manufacture rather than replacing the entire unit. Gas fireplace not working -- he made a quick adjustment to fix. Dryer not working -- After examined the entire unit, recommended I have the condo association check the ducts in the roof (which was their responsibility, and no charge to me). Sure enough, they found a screen, which was not supposed to be there, was causing lint to build-up and restrict air flow. Now the dryer works like new. Three huge pains effecting my family, are now gone!

+ -1 moreWe had a side door that was stuck in the lock position. Unfortunately it is the only entry to our garage. I called Craig that morning and told him my problem and he said he would try to be out by 6 that evening...and he was!! He had to run to our local hardware to get a part and installed it in less than an hour. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and now we have ourselves a new handyman!!

+ 6 moreGreat! He is a perfectionist and does a great job on everything he touches. He is very talented and had been a major contributor to the remodeling of our house. I highly recommend him for any work you need. He will make referrals if he cannot perform the tasks you need done, but that rarely happens It is a joy to work with someone who cares about the work he does and cares about your home. We trust Craig to do all our work. He is always our first choice.
Description of Work: Mr. Bergman has been servicing our house for over 3 years. He has moved and remodeled cabinets in the kitchen, built and stained mirror frames to match bathroom cabinets, installed hard wired fire alarms, built a mantel for the fireplace, installed a big screen TV, installed new external doors (with frames), repaired a fence and dryer, installed recesses lights in many areas of my home, remodeled a cabinet to put a microwave above a new stove (he installed both). Installed crown and shoe molding, repositioned track lights....the list goes on. .
