Our doors work flawlessly now. He is a pleasure to work with and he worked around our schedule. We have worked with him multiple times and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Craig was terrific, as always. He took one look at my leaky toilet, showed me the crack in the tank, and turned off the water, thus avoiding a possible serious water situation. He gave great advice re buying a new toilet which he installed. He repaired a non-functioning outlet, and moved some heavy objects for me. He is prompt, friendly, professional, and happy to answer all questions about what he is doing. One of my neighbors was so impressed that she asked for a consultation for a leak in one of her bathrooms. Craig correctly assessed the situation as requiring someone experienced in mold and recommended a company that did a great job for my neighbor. He is absolutely my GoTo guide for all such future needs.

UPDATE: Craig Berman did some plumbing work in my condo in Feb and Mar, 2016. He knew personal information about me that clearly came from my violent ex-husband. Criminal Restraining Order WA King County Case 67-000805. Craig knows the location of my father's birth in IN in 1920. He knows my cousin has my grandmother's dining room table. He has been here before and he wants to know where the dumpsters are. That was a topic of discussion in several emails between myself, my neighbors and myself. Craig asked about problems with my TV and front door. I had not told him about any such things. Again, in my email, etc. Alan and Lynn Morin of Bellevue, WA. Cell:425-466-4343, hacked this review between 2012 and 2015. He has hacked my Facebook account, my LinkedIn account, my emails, my financial accounts, etc. Lynn Metter Morin committed ID on me in 2010, using my old WA driver's license. The company involved wants police action. My MD just found out and he wants police action. He left toilet parts in my waste basket and went through my medicine cabinet. I had to verify that all my medication was there. I am not sure what he took. I told Craig to stay out of my neighborhood, not to contact me or I would call the police and get a No Contact Order.

We sent an email to the address listed with a photo attached of the proposed work. We never received a response. Another provider did a great job for us in one hour. Maybe there were extenuating services that prevented even a two-word response (like "too busy"), but we'll likely never know.

Won't return messages - leads me to believe will be unresponsive once work starts. Too bad for him...had a big project.

Both times we was right on time for the appt. Very professional, courteous and respectful. He is excellent at what he does. Takes his time to do a quality job and explains to you exactly what was done. His prices are awesome for how good of a job he does. I can't say enough good things about him. He is the only handyman we will ever use.

I almost hate to write a review for Craig (Mr. Handyman), because I want to keep him all to myself! I have interacted with many service providers, and Craig is the absolute top of the heap. Dependable, conscientious, detail-oriented -- just the best. I wish I could give him A+ ratings.

He is awesome. He would come out here at 8 o’clock at night on a Sunday to fix something. He is always available.

Craig was very professional and courteous. Showed up on-time to diagnose problem and then repair it. Was very careful not to cause any damage during disassembly and reassembly. Cleaned up thoroughly after job was done. Stayed within quoted price. I would highly recommend Craig.

This was a fantastic experience. Craig Bergman, a.k.a. Mr. Handyman, Inc., was prompt and efficient and impeccable in his work habits. I had initially called him (based on his Angies' List ratings) last week when my dryer broke and I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to come help me. While he was here, I asked if my broken lighting was also something he could fix at some point and he said he could take care of that today, since he had to go out to get the dryer kit with the belt and wheels and Home Deport was nearby. Craig fixed everything, tested the dryer after cleaning up the insides, and all the while he answered all my questions about how dryers work. He mentioned that the other part of his business is kitchen and bathroom redos, which is something on my ToDo list and I will definitely have him do the work. His fees were more than fair and HE was the one who told ME that I got a 10% discount as a first-time customer who found him on Angie's List.

They did an excellent job. Was an excellent value. Finally found someone who does a good job and isn't overpriced. They come ready to solve the problem instead of dodging the problem and charging a service call like the competition.

He did a great job with no fuss. The electronic ignition wasn't working correctly. A previous provider looked at it and blamed it on the electric plug. A few days later my tenant smelled gas, and DTE told me I had a GAS LEAK! Mr. Handyman fixed the problem.

Arrived on time, explained everything that was needed, finished the job promptly and cleaned up. Price was very reasonable. Did a great job. Very satisfied with the work and will use services again.

I got a good job from him and he was prompt. The repair works great.

He was very professional and sincere. Even though it was a last minute job he made time and came out in the evening. He picked up the door and installed it, working on it until almost 9pm. He's also personable and sincere in the task he helps you with, and has reasonable rates.. I plan on calling him again.

Craig diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what to do with both the range and fridge. He solved both issues quickly and also taught us how to use the range more effectively for better performance. We will definitely use Craig again. Thanks for all your help!

This was actually split up over two days because the rain prevented him from being able to caulk outside. The jobs were done quickly, neatly and professionally. We are very happy with the service and not having to do this ourselves. We definitely recommend using this company.

Don't be misled by the corporate name; this is an owner/operator who values his customers and reputation. He is all about quality service. I called him, missed and left a message which he returned the following day (mainly, I think, because he didn't service the brand of dishwasher I mentioned in the voicemail). After my description of the issue however, he asked where I lived and offered to come and have a look later that same day. Long story short, he disassembled the impeller, found the culprit, completely cleaned up some nasty sludge, reassembled the machine and tested it thoroughly. We talked a bunch and I learned that he has been doing repairs and maintenance for 23 years, both for himself and some apartment/condo outfits where he fixed everything imaginable. I would feel confident in calling him for any homeowner issue knowing that if it wasn't something in his comfort zone, he would graciously steer you towards someone more qualified. His prices are more than fair and he offers a new customer discount.

Mr. Handyman is a perfectionist and does a great job with anything he works on. He is extremely talented and can do most anything you need, however, if he feels like it is something he cannot do, he will refer specialists. Update 2/16/2014 - He just installed a backsplash to go with my new granite countertop. He took many details into consideration to maximize the beauty of the stone tiles. Again, a great job by Mr. Handyman!

Craig was great. He was right on time, very friendly and explained everything very well. He gave me a 5% new customer discount, and another 5% discount because I paid by check as opposed to charging. I would definitely call him again and feel confident in recommending his services. I also feel it was money well spent because he shared valuable tips and showed me how to fix the problems myself in case they happened again.

I called Craig 8/6/12. He called me back and came over the next day to see what had to be done in my home. He gave me an estimate on some items and told me that some would depend on time and materials since they were not predictable. Overall, Craig works on time and materials. Which I understand, since I have done custom computer work the same way for years. Craig discovered that my back doorwall had a storm that was partially glued in my a previous owner. He managed to get it out so that I could clean it (it was a giant mess!) and he redid the screen. The biggest thing Craig ran into was the electrical in the foyer. It seemed to be slighted miswired and turned out to be a fire hazard. Craig took the cover off the triple box (one outlet and two switches) and noticed that there were wires visible above the box coming from the left. He then opened the wall to the left and found the original box. Wires had been cut,etc. Ends of them were black from arching and both of us were stunned that a fire had not resulted from someone redoing the electrical and burying wires in the wall deliberately. My home inspector noticed that something was miswired in that foyer outlet and the electrician that had originally tried to fix it had come back - neither one found the serious problem that Craig did. Craig proceeded to sort out the wires and corrected the triple outlet in its original position. He also removed another plastic plate with no switch that had originally been my other hall outlet and restored it to being my hall outlet again. Craig said this was the worst electrical problem that he had ever come across. I know that the most previous owners replaced the entire circuit box in the basement, had GFCI outlets installed all over the house and still did not know what was wrong. This problem must have gone back several years and at least two owners back. After Craig completed the electrical work, he patched the drywall, primed and painted it. I had leftover paint in the basement, The wall looks like no work was ever done to it! All I can say about Craig is he finds the root of the problem and fixes it himself, or recommends other businesses with whom he has worked with for years. Craig is all about integrity and not the most money for the least time. Hard to find in this day and age,
