"Garage door spring broke. I called Quality, they said they had a spring for my door and would be by that afternoon. Late afternoon he arrived and said he didn't have a spring, but had a used spring from another job. I needed my garage to open, he 'put in' the used incorrect spring. I wrote out a check, asked for receipt. He gave none. I finally got a receipt through e-mail... not marked paid. THAT's sloppy to say the least. He also advocated for a complete replacement of door, remote opener, etc. weird."
