We had absolutely the best experience you can have going through a bathroom remodel. We hired Blaies Renovations to gut and redo our master bath. Our old bathroom was very builder-grade. It also had a poor layout, peeling paint, and grout that was discolored and chipped. Bob Blaies came out and gave us a fair estimate and offered creative ideas. Our old bathroom was split into two rooms. One room had a vanity and dressing area along with our small walk-in closet. The second room had a shower, vanity, toilet and small linen closet. Bob knocked out the half wall dividing the two rooms to make it one big room. He more than doubled our linen closet storage by installing new cabinets across from the walk-in closet. We now have plenty of room for not only bathroom items but also clothes. He installed a long double vanity across from the shower and re-tiled everything from the shower to the floor. He also added storage to the shower with two big shelves and two built-in storage boxes. Last, we put down granite along the vanity and along the window. The job took just under three weeks as he said it would and our new bathroom is beautiful. I've never worked with a company that was as punctual and responsive as Blaies Renovations. If these guys said they'd be at our house at 7am, they were at our door at 7am on the nose. Incredible! They cleaned up daily and kept the dust to a minimum. They also took the time to make sure everything was perfect before accepting the final payment and took care of any issues we discussed (which were all very minor). When we do our kitchen, Bob will be our first and only call. They were that good! If you need work, we can't recommend them enough.

It was fair. I was satisfied with the remodeling. If I were to recommend them, I would say they have an excellent work and they have a good price. Overall, it was very good. I would use it again if I have to.

They did not think the job would not be do-able. Very professional.

We were through the tear-out phase of a bathroom remodel and the restoration of a custom Greek Spa when our contractor announced that he could not complete the project and quit. He informed us that the tub was impossible to reconstruct and that parts and skilled labor to install such a tub were not available. We contacted a number of contractors trying to find someone able to handle such a unique install and all of them gave us the run around till we called Bob at Blaies Renovations. He arrived that afternoon to review the project and I had a quote and start date within 24hrs. Bob pulled together a team of amazing talent and one by one overcame obstacles that others told us were impossible. Even with numerous setbacks Bob's crew was always on time and on top of everything. The result is a stunning custom bathroom with a flawless expert finish!

I needed some repairs done to my tub faucet that potentially required replacing of some tiles and some plumbing; the work done was perfect. Bob was very efficient and fair with his pricing, I would highly recommend Blaises Renovations.

Absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I loved Bob's outgoing personality! Bob and Kevin arrived at 7:00 am and worked there butt's off. Kevin went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations and was even late for his daughter's birthday (we had to kick him out) he was working so hard to make sure we were happy when he left. Some of our idea's didn't pan out so Bob went out of his way to pick up some window molding for us at no extra cost. We were completely blown away at the exceptional work that was completed by Bob and Kevin in our home.

This is the single best experience we have ever had with a contractor, by far. Bob is on-site virtually every day. He and his crew are timely, professional, responsive and pleasant. His guys are meticulous and courteous. Bob is a complete perfectionist. Everything has to be done right before the job is finished. And he's a problem-solver--when unanticipated complications come up during the job (as they always do), he stops, comes up with a solution, confers with the homeowner, and fixes it. He is completely fair and transparent in his dealings with the customer. No hidden costs, no surprises. The guy is just a straight shooter and knows what he's doing. He gave us a beautiful kitchen, helped us solve weird problems with old construction, ran interference for us with a problematic granite fabricator, gave us great advice on key details, and delivered a great product in a timely manner at a fair price. We will be using him on all our big home-improvement jobs going forward.

Blaise Renovation was a great company to work with on our project. Bob and his team did an excellent job of creating a space that we enjoy everyday! We moved into a new home and wanted to complete the bathroom before we actually moved into our new space. Bob and his team did a great job of keeping the project on the time line agreed upon, while cleaning up the mess in the meantime. When we ran into questions, Bob and his team was always responsive, taking the time to explain in detail what concerns we had about the project. We could not have asked for a better partner to work on our home. We felt at ease with the team and felt the experience was just what we were looking for in a contractor. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

This was my second experience with this company, and I would not hesitate to hire them again! Bob and his crew are some of the most reliable, professional workmen that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are always there when they say they will be there and the work is exemplary. We had our upstairs bathroom updated. The shower surround was not sealed properly initially so water had gotten behind it. We had the surround replaced with ceramic tile and a recessed shelf for soap and shampoo. While they were doing the shower, I talked my husband into replacing the floor and Bob just smiled, consulted his crew and completed the job in a timely manner without delaying his next job scheduled for the following week. And we LOVE IT! As a follow up from my first report. We had some trouble with our first sink from the remodel in June. The finish had started to wear. On the day that we had scheduled the outside company to come back to do the replacement, Bob came too so that he could make sure that everything was done properly. This is what I call integrity. Other companies may have left us hanging, but not Bob. Thanks again Bob, Kevin and Roy for a job well done!

Overall Bob did a very good job, and I would contact him for any future works. He gave me some very good suggestions on the remodel, was helpful to pick up and drop off materials, was in frequent contact with me for the progress, and was flexible and kind to do a couple of small side works. We like the quality of his work and are happy that we chose him.

Experience was great. Bob has never failed to follow up and is always punctual. He even did favors of picking up other materials for me as I don't have a truck. Great team and great service. Worked fast and the team was efficient. Bob was also flexible. As the projects went on we made changes to the scope and Bob also recommended changes based on the project progressing. None of this was a problem. Great job.

They started work on a Monday and were finished within 2 weeks as promised. They covered all of my furniture in the adjoining bedroom at the beginning of every mornings start and removed the covering every evening when they left. They removed all trash and kept area very clean as the worked. The guys were very polite and professional. The owner was out of town during the first week, but did keep in touch via phone. I have had real bad luck with other contractors, but these guys were great. I would use them again in the future.

This was by far the easiest remodel experience ever! The bathroom was gutted and rebuilt . Toilet and tub placement were switched. Walls were torn down and rebuilt. Bathroom went from 4 different ceiling heights to one height! What a difference the layout made in the feel and look of the room. Replaced the linoleum with ceramic tile. Walls tiled and stone listello border placed. A recessed shelf was installed in the shower which was tiled with mosaic glass tile. A corner shelf that was of the same material as the pencil moulding was installed. We went with the Aqua Clear treated framless shower door. The water just beads up on the door, and a quick swipe with the squeegie and it looks like new. Cherry cabinets for vanity and toilet topper. Brushed nickel faucets and trim for lighting and switches as well as a wall register finish off the room. We can not say enough good things about Blaies Remodeling. The crew works well together, have great ideas, are professional and neat. We knew day to day exactly what to expect for that day and for the next day. Always kept up to date on progress of the project. Bob Blaies (owner) was there every step of the way. He met us at the cabinet store to help us pick out cabinets, and helped us with exchanging tiles and actually returned the left over tile for us for a refund. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for great quality work. Thanks again for making this a great experience!
