I contacted Dino through Angie's List on Sunday and he returned message same day. He came out first thing Monday morning to replace whole-house filter that had sprung a leak. He and his assistant were both very pleasant and professional, and the work was completed in about an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink. I left a message before they opened and my call was returned shortly. He was able to get out that day, made sure it was fixed and went on his way. I was extremely happy with the service!

Returned phone calls, arrived on time. Dino was a pleasure to work with.

It went very well. This is my second time hiring Dino. He is fair, friendly, very competent and professional. He also has an apprentice who is very polite. He gives good advise and his work is quality. He was on time and worked quickly. He was nice enough to do a minor side job without charging me. In the future, I will use him for any plumbing needs that arise and will refer friends his way without hesitation.

We had used a clorox cube in the tank (not the bowl), which had eaten through all of the inner parts as it was so caustic. Dino was here within hours of my call, just as he said he would be. I really liked that he used Kohler parts in our Kohler toilet. I felt that I received good value for every penny spent. I've used Countryside before and have enormous confidence in the work done by Dino Tori. All plumbing work is expensive and, more than anything, it is the quality of the work as much as the parts that count. I like that Dino carries a wide variety of parts with him on his truck. Some plumbers don't and charge time to go from place to place in search of the parts. While Dino can't stock everything, he's always stocked what was required to repair anything we've had go wrong. He is very personable and, above all, PROFESSIONAL.

On the day of the appointment, Dino called to let me know they were on the way. They showed up and the removal and install of the toilets was quick and clean. There was a small problem-which Dino and his assistant were able to fix. The price was very affordable, and I couldn't have asked for better service! I will definitely recommend this company and will absolutely use them in the future if needed.

Our existing tank was over 20 years old, the pump seemed to run constantly and we suffered from low water pressure. Dino recommended a new, larger tank and other fixes to the plumbing in and out of the tank to improve the pressure. I am very happy with the quality of work and the cost. The entire job took only a couple of hours, should have done it long ago! We will definitely use Countryside again.

Our garbage disposal was shot so we called Dino to come out to replace and install a new quality disposal. Dino was quick in responding to our phone call and came out promptly as scheduled. We are very happy with our new disposal. His price was very reasonable and the quality of his work was exceptional. We will definitely use Countryside Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs we may have.

Dino and his apprentice were very professional and friendly. They were able to come out the same day I called. Dino explained everything he was going to do and completed the job quickly and cleanly. I was very impressed by the two of them--so nice and knowledgeable!

Dino was absolutely the best. Explained everything and the cost, as well as, best way to do the job. Our new home did not have the sump pump hooked up to go outside, hadn't been used. He removed to water heaters and replaced with a large one, worked out great. He fixed some gas lines that had been leaking. He and his helper were extremely helpful. His helper was also very respectful, bright and hard worker, don't under estimate her when she walks in, "impressive". I would not hesitate to call them for any services they perform. Top notch contractor.

First, when I called, Dino returned my call promptly. I was amazed that we could set up an appointment for the next day. I let him know that we were having trouble with the valve in our shower, which is a Moen.He arrived on time and went right to work. The old valve gave him some trouble coming out but with his experience, he managed to get the old one out . He then installed a new insert which he had with him. A great experience and I would use Countryside Plumbing again and would greatly recommend them.

Dino is wonderful. We have been using his services as needed for a couple of years now. We had the same job quoted for another company and they wanted to charge 1000-1500 for a job that Dino did for 723. He is always prompt, fair, and is our family's plumber of choice. He also put a new shower head in as a bonus/courtesy for us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber, he is great.

I have a drain at the bottom of my driveway right outside my garage door that kept getting clogged. And when we had a heavy rain water would get in my garage. My house is built on a hill and my garage is under my house so all that water and debris would end up in my drain. I've tried for over a year to have this repaired and I found Countryside Plumbing and gave Dino a call. Several other plumbers said they didn't do that kind of repair but Dino agreed to come out and take a look. He had said he could fix my problem but really wasn't sure what we had until he got into it. Dino dug and jackhammered the old drain out and built a "beautiful" drain/catch basin and made it deep enough that when dirt and debris roll down the driveway and into the drain that it wouldnt cause and immediate problem by plugging up that drain pipe. I couldn't be happier at how it all worked out. Dino did a wonderful job, was there when he said he would be and cleaned up everything so it looked like it did before any of the demolition. I will call Dino for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Diino

It was so refreshing to find a plumber who knew what he was doing, but didn't try to rip us off. He came in, looked at everything, made recommendations, and got everything done quickly and at a very fair price. Everything was very straightforward. We will definitely be calling Dino in the future.

Returned call promptly to schedule an appointment. Even though it was not an emergency Dino was out quickly. He could have replaced the leaking faucets but, instead, tightened the nuts which remedied the situation. Quick response, quick fix. Will call in the future for other projects/problems.

He had to bring in a backhoe and remove three bushes to get at a leak nearly six feet down. He located it an fixed it, working beyond darkness to get it done. He's a true pro and rightly proud of his work. Cleaned up and left us happy to have the problem fixed.

Dino diagnosed the problem within minutes and had our sink draining again in less than 1 hour. He removed the pump from the sink, cleared the jam and then reinstalled it correctly (the other installer had mistakenly included an extra rubber washer that should not have been on there). He secured it with a brace underneath to reduce wear and tear on the coupling. He also adjusted the pressure switch perfectly. Highly recommended. We always call him first when there is a plumbing issue at our home.

We purchased a home a couple weeks ago and have been addressing some areas on it that have a few issues on it since we purchased the home without any contingencies. The water pressure on this home was found to be low during the home inspection so we knew that going into the purchase. Countryside Plumbing came out to this house yesterday and were able to identify what was causing the problem. We're thrilled that the problem wasn't the well pump. The plumbing expert was very knowledgeable and methodical and was able to identify the source of the reduced pressure using some techniques known to his trade. Now that we know what we can do to improve the pressure, we can address the fix ourselves which he was able to explain what would need to be done to help us save some money on the fix which lies ahead. We'll definitely keep this company's phone number handy for our future needs. I don't usually have such high recommendations for a company but this one is definitely worth recommending.

Since we are on a grinder-pump system he opened up the cap to check if it could be the problem. After checking how my toilets flushed he said he thought I should call our Drain Commission. He actually called them for me. Although I tried to pay for his trouble he wouldn't accept any money. His reasoning was that he hadn't brought any tools. This has only happened three times in my 45-years of owning a home, and each time the service was the very best. I will definitely refer all my friends to Countryside Plumbing, I'm glad I found his company on Angie's List. Within 30-minutes the men from our Drain Commission arrived and agreed that something was wrong. They checked the electrical system and found that a fuse for the grinder-pump had blown. If the fuse hadn't blown a warning light and sound would have gone off. Thanks to Angie's List and Countryside Plumbing I now can rest easy when my family comes to visit.

Dina did a great job! He must be good because he's very busy but came out to my home the day after I called. My sprinkler water vacuum pipe was damaged by me that Sunday and I couldn't water my lawn! Oh my!My faucet had an annoying leak which he also fixed. It was all fixed very quickly and the price was fair. Dino seems very knowledgeable and I'll use him again.

Dino was friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He checked all of my faucets and drains, giving me his opinion as we checked together. My main concern was the upstairs bathtub faucet, I couldn't get it on without a lot of stress. He then got to work and changed the cartridge in the faucet handle. He was fast and very efficient, explaining what he was doing as he worked. He gave me a reasonable estimate of his work, I agreed, then he went ahead and fixed the faucet. He also gave me a discount because I contacted him through Angie's list! I will certainly use his services again, if and when I need a plumber. I am a satisfied customer of Countryside Plumbing!!

Dino was everything you would hope for in a situation such as ours. I noticed a small leak from our water heater and called Countryside as a referral from our neighbor. He scheduled us for the next morning. A few hours later the leak had gotten much worse, so I called Dino and he came by quickly to shut down and drain the system in prep for the following day. The WH installation went as planned and he even helped removed scale-stuck nuts on a faucet I was replacing before he left.
