The flapper in one of our toilets had deteriorated. Wasn't sure the one I had purchased was the correct one. Since I'm not a plumber, I didn't want to start monkeying around with it, and end up was a non-working toilet. We have used Countryside in the past, and they graciously worked us into their very busy schedule on the same day that I called. Thankfully, I had the right part. Dino had it installed in no time (trust me, it would not have gone in the right way if I had tried to do it!).

They did a good job. It has no leaks, they cleaned up well after the job. He gave us free advised on how to deal with outside faucet that were leaking and it works.

Great! I've used Countryside Plumbing 3 times in the past 5 years. Does excellent work. Is responsive, provides honest assessment of situation and describes options when available. Fees are reasonable. I trust him to do a good job and to be fair and honest with me about the work that needs to be done.

Dino came out on short notice to fix a split pipe. He was professional and did a great job.

It went very well. Some of the faucets were on a tub and hadn't been used in many years. They were difficult to remove. All the replacement faucets were purchased by the plumber and are included in the cost of service.

I called and left a message twice with no response. That is an F in my book!

At first the job was great, Dino was responsive and there quickly. Did the job and we were happy. However, that was just the beginning of the nightmare. It turned out to be a horrible experience, one of the worst experiences that I have had in dealing with a "service professional". Initially the project was fine until our house was inspected and it was discovered that his work was not up to code and could not be certified. When we tried to get Dino to resolve the issue he refused, claimed it wasn't his problem and tried to blackmail us into paying him cash directly to fix the issue. He wanted us to leave a check in his home mailbox and "then he would schedule a time to fix the issue". Thankfully we realized that having him do the job twice wasn't going to get it done correctly so we had to get another company to come out and install a brand new water heater (yes, replacing an already new one) because they weren't comfortable certifying his work. He installed the water heater incorrectly - mixed up the hot/cold lines and did an overall terrible job. Dino does not stand by his work, make things right or respond when called out on it. Avoid the company unless you want to pay to have something done twice like we did.

Said he would be over before noon. He was and quickly fixed it. Plus he offered his weekday rate which was nice.

We had to shut off all water to the house. It was Friday and Dino was booked for the day. Hearing the situation, he found time in his schedule to look at the issue and then returned at 4:30 with a backhoe and team to dig up the line and repair it. He sincerely did not want to see us go all weekend without water and got the job done. I would highly recommend him. His concern and professionalism should be benchmarked by all service professionals.

Dino is ABSOLUTELY the WORST. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE him. He is incredibly rude. We called him to fix our tub in the master bathroom. He did part of the job but had to order parts to complete it. Flash forward to a MONTH later he did not call. When I called him to ask what happened he said we should have called him a long time ago and was putting the blame on me. He is so busy that he "forgot" about us. I don't know how this man is in business with such horrible costumer service. He told me he was "done with me" and would not finish the job he started and then hung up on me. I would feel very uncomfortable letting this man into your home. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. The way he speaks to women is downright disrespectful.

Dino identified the root cause of our problem and had it resolved in less than an hour. Very professional, courteous, considerate and careful. We will definitely contract with Dino "Countryside" in the future. Kevin & Calli

Dino Tori was contacted based on reviews here and my not being sure if the problem was plumbing or well-related. He seems to have experience with both categories. He was called on a Saturday morning. There was no answer but he returned the call very soon after. He happened to be on his way out of town for the weekend but kept me on the phone and walked me through some simple things to try to see if the problem could be easily resolved. Nothing worked, but I decided to wait for his return on Sunday (even though I had no water!). He came over Sunday evening and went through several steps to diagnose the problem. The result was that the problem was most likely an inactive/damaged well pump, and he does not provide that type of replacement service. Despite not solving the problem, he went out of his way to help, was courteous and knowledgeable about how wells provide water to the house, was very friendly and professional, and took no payment even though this was a weekend inconvenience to him.

Job went very well. Don't think they were here more than 20 minutes tops. He was methodical in pouring water on different areas of the shower until he got to the place where water leaked through and leaked into the basement. Old school, but effective. This is our second time using Countryside Plumbing and both times Dino was responsive (same day) and very quick to troubleshoot and fix, solving our problem. Without a doubt, if needed, we will call Countryside Plumbing again without even pausing to look for or call another plumber.

Beyond expectations! Dino was very responsive - both through email and phone - through out the process. He was professional and very polite. He took the whole system into account and provided me with the best, lowest cost solutions to both. He was on time and very quick in getting everything done. My dad came over part way through the process and immediately wanted Dino's number because of the quality of the work he saw - awesome! I would highly recommend Dino to anyone and although I hope I never need him again in the future, if I do I know I will be in great hands for whatever has gone wrong. Thanks Dino!

called to have our sump pump replaced. The owner did pick up on a Sunday which was great. But when I told him our situation (failed sump pump in crawl space), he gave me a huge runaround and wanted to charge extra for the job. Then called back indicating that he didn't want to do it. I recognize that going into a crawl space isn't fun for everyone, but he didn't even look at it. I go into our space all the time which is not gross or scary. Yes, there was a little standing water left right near the pump pit itself (we had a secondary pump which pumped out much of the extra water- which I told him). He asked me a thousand questions, then said he didn't want to do it. Not sure who would do the job if a plumber wouldn't.
