Good job

We have a 45 year-old home with lots of issues and we knew the foundation/basement had to be tackled first. Ryan and the HomeSpec crew were awesome from beginning to end. They updated our sump pump, tore out old paneling and ceiling tiles, and left the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day and at projects end. They were quiet, orderly, and courteous. We now have a dry basement, an up-to-code sump, and no mold! We both appreciate Ryan and his crew. Would recommend to anyone. Nan and Kurt W.

They went above and beyond a basic job, were very cooperative at every turn, even leveled out ground around the pipe they installed underground which was not so level before. I highly recommend them, but I did not check other prices for the same job, so can't really speak how price competitive they are. But I would hire them again.

The shortcoming is that they are not equipped to replace the drywall that had to be removed.

Tony and his crew did a great job . They came on time ready to work and got the job done as they had said. They cleaned up when they were finished and left everything looking good!! Hope that is the last time we ever see water in our basement!

Eric, the technician did wonderful job. He also explained to me about reason of crack, leaking and different techniques to fix. The customer service is also quite at right lever.

Trenched and encapsulated my crawl space. Did a clean, fast, on-time job. About 10 months later some pea gravel got into the sump pit and chewed up the pump impeller. HomeSpec fixed the problem and covered the new sump pump cost - a class act.

HomeSpec was great! They were professional from the front office to the workman who did the repair. It was neat, clean, and effective. A couple days after the work, there was a huge rain storm, but there was no sign of leaking whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company!

So far no more leaks into lower level workers very polite told me every thing step by step that was being done very happy with the work that was done to me price was a little high for 4 hours work

Awesome company. Chris, the consultant was great. Chris, the crew supervisor was awesome. They were on time, work diligently and professionally, listened and answered any and all questions. Kept me in the loop of what was going on. Cleaned up everything, even cleaned the basement floor. They swept and cleaned the steps and all the outside areas, Would definitely refer this company and crew as well as used them again - was worth the money spent.
