I am totally delighted with my basement waterproofing job. HomeSpec did an unbelievable job in diagnosing my problem, which was huge! I have never worked with a more competent contractor in my life! The workmen, led by John Davis and his terrific crew...Kevin, Dave, Tyler and so many others were the absolute best! Polite, efficient, extremely hard working (like I ve never witnessed in my life!) and just generally the BEST! I pray they make a lot of money!!!!! The cleanup was outstanding! Frankly, if anyone is looking for a basement waterproofer, I wouldn t call anyone else!!! They are THE BEST! Thank you HomeSpec! Kathy

Very pleased with the job Homespec performed. Haven’t had any rain yet so I don’t know if it was successful. If there are no leaks I will be very satisfied.

Their work quality was good, but we do not know is there any leaks again or not since there is no rain coming to our house until now. Their cost is high but their presentation before the signing was good, this makes us let them do the jobs.

We just had a basement drainage system installed and our crawl space wrapped and sealed by HomeSpec. I had been a manager for 30 years with General Motor and in charge of over 1,000 employees, and an officer in the US Army. I must say, I have never seen a crew of men work harder and more professional than John and his crew. I am an older generation gentleman, and frankly lost a faith in the younger generation. John and his crew restored my confidence. These young men are the epitome of professionalism, and expertise. They define the great work ethics of old. A work ethic I thought had been lost over the decades. I would hire HomeSpec in a heart beat, if I ever have a need for their service in the future. The workers were polite and periodically checked with me to make sure the work was to my specifications and satisfaction. I was given a reminder call the day before the job began. One day Home Depot did not have the materials ready for the workmen to pick up which caused a delay. I was given a phone cal to let me know and the reason for the delay. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and would recommend Home Spec to anyone.

This company is very professional and thorough. All questions were answered and the work was done in a timely manner. Everything was kept clean at the end of the day and all the work was done as promised.

The workmen were very well organized and professional in their work. Job site was cleaned when complete. What impressed me the most was I did have a problem with one of the repairs water was still seeping from the walls. I called the company, a man was sent out in 2 days and the repair was fixed with no problems. This company stood behind their work as promised. I would recommend them to anyone

Challenging steep slope to navigate to correct lower walk-out level water infiltration along the slope including working around ALL utilities through the wall and a site sprinkler system. As part of their work they corrected a roof down spout and drainage concern not related to the waterproofing work. Absolutely no problems with their work or the restoration of the slope. They cleaned up after the work and even had an unfortunate diesel fuel spill on my driveway, they power washed its entire length of 130-feet. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. HomeSpec understands what customer service means.

I had a leak appear on a Saturday afternoon and emailed Homespec. They called me in about 30 minutes for details. I sent pictures of the problem for their review. SUNDAY! Homepsec followed up with me on a SUNDAY, I was both very surprised and pleased as I still had water slowly leaking into my basement from a foundation crack. Ingrid was great in follwing up and in setting up an appointment for an inspection. Ryan came out and inspected the problem and fixed it on the spot for me. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I had not used Home Advisor previously and was a little skeptical but finding HomepSec through them was jusr what the Doctor ordered.

Had a problem with initial inspection and Mark came out and took care of everything. Very professional and their guys even showed up early and got the job done. Everyone was very nice.

They did the work as promised. They were on time, polite, neat and efficient.

Very polite, worked fast, cleaned up the area before leaving.

They left my basement a MESS. Vinyl flooring a year old was taken up and stack all over. Cupboards were not placed correctly. Due to poor workmanship I welhave to redo basement floor and re-position base cupboards. Where they cut paneled walls they just nailed 1X8 flashing. I will have to have someone come in and fix the mess which will cost more money and time. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

The crew was pleasant and on time every day.
