After a number of previous bad experiences with other contractors working with HomeSpec was a breath of fresh air. They were very professional from the first call right after we put the inquiry on HomeAdvisor, they gave us a quote based on the pictures sent, came up in time, the work was good quality..The technician that performed the work answered all our questions, we even got warranty for the work. Great job!

The basement has been dry even with the heavy rain the last couple of weeks. The workers were very pleasant and hard working and nice to have in my home.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Basement is dry as a bone after quite a few man made tests and a few severe storms. All good!

They had to come back to fix the wall. It was still leaking.

Had them out just in time... Just 1 week after they finished the job we had over 2 inches of rain... Not a drop of water ended up in my basement. I would definitely recommend, they finished the job in the time and price agreed upon. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, but we were willing to pay a little more for the peace of mind of going with a company that has such a good reputation. A reputation that I would say is well deserved.

Everything was very goood. Clean up could have been a little better.
