I used Home Spec's foundation repair services in August, 2015 and found the crew to be very thorough and professional, as well as clean. They double checked with me before finalizing their plan and performed their service all within the time frame they quoted. I asked for a follow up quote on another area in my basement when water was discovered and when the supervisor, Mark Buhr, came to review the work he discovered it was a bad water meter - saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. I called home spec after I searched home advisor to fix a basement wall that was seeping after a home inspection was done during my home sale process. They sent a service man with a helper the next morning. The wall was drilled into and foam infected into the crack then it was covered with an epoxy. I was given a lifetime guarantee for the work. One week later the wall was wet and seeping again. Home spec sent another tech who informed me that my poured concrete foundation was bowing requiring a $3300 repair. A 2nd and 3rd opinion said that was a farce. I want my $ returned.

we had a small leak in a basement storage room floor. They fixed the leak through the use of drainage pipes connecting to an existing basement drain. The dust created by this project was minimal. Work was done in one day. Since then, we have had one heavy rain and we are please that so far the problem has been corrected. The small storage room is now more attractive because they installed white vapor board on the walls. The only "con" is that the drain cap that was installed is slightly above floor level, which could be a tripping issue, so we'll have to put a piece of furniture over it. We have already recommended Home Spec to a friend who has a similar issue; they fixed her problem and she is very satisfied.
