Very professional!

Replaced 22'. Of brick foundation including footing. Excellent workmanship, considerate of household including pets. Great communication and respect. Would highly recommend. Kept job site tidy and most importantly for me, secure. They were there when they said they would be and did what they said they would.

They had to put a drain system in my basement. They broke up floor and than re cemented. They did a great job, 2 crews 2 days. they were professional. The owner even came to look at job

They were courteous, on time, and did the job in a timely manner.They worked on a basement wall that was leaking very badly. Fixed most of the leaks. After the last heavy rain wall leaked in another place and they are coming out to fix it. I think they are a very dependable company who want to satisfy every customer, and with a lifetime warranty on their work - you can't beat that!

Already submitted review as stated before workmanship was outstanding breakdown started 11-16 with not receiving the appropriate paperwork after job ended final pymt & warranty spoked with the office staff following Monday never received mailed paperwork after calling did receive email I needed documents the previous Saturday for my perspective buyers not after the fact informed salesperson who initially written the estimate & the workmen towards the middle of the job of same still haven't received mailed paperwork I went to the library to copy email documents.

The representative that came out for the estimate was extremely professional, gave me a fair price and even helped me find where the basement leak was coming from. A week later the tech that fixed the leak was very knowledgeable, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. And the job is guaranteed. Great company to deal with. The representative, the tech, and the folks in the office all had GREAT customer service. I would highly recommend using this company.

The final cementing really needs to be smoothed better. It would give a cleaner finish to the job. It is just too rough. Overall it was well done.

Sales/Consultation person was very personable and detailed/knowledgeable. Technician that came to do the repair was very dry, communicated infrequently, and used his hand to paste the cement onto the wall after he finished his repair. This left our wall looking very unpleasant, when I was told by the consultant that it would be left in a good condition. No more leaks, but the finish/clean up was pretty bad. UPDATE: So, in follow-up to my initial review, I received a call from this company's management to explore and resolve my issue. The owner was very concerned with the initial job that was done, and eager to correct the errors. Another technician came out the next day or so later, and our wall looked pretty much brand new! We are very pleased with the final outcome, and the owner indicated they would resolve the issue with the initial technician so that this would not happen again, and I believe they will!

Right out of the gate, I was impressed. From the first response call that I received, I could tell it wasn't just money in the bank for them, these people really care. The gentleman who came out to asses the problem was so real! He was kind, caring, genuine, honest, personable, didn't rush through the process and explained everything completely. Then there are the two hard workers who did the actual job. Again, everything was explained to me as the job progressed. The job was a messy one and I expected it to be. But every precaution was taken to keep the mess to a minimum. It was apparent that this wasn't their first rodeo! :) The job was completed to my satisfaction in less than eight hours. Kudos to HomeSpec!

OUTSTANDING job. We had contracted to do one thing but it morphed into a much bigger job than anticipated. The crew spent two days here and ended up installing a sump pump. Mike and Chris worked 12 hours on the second day to finish the job, with very little breaks. They worked their butts off. The job was done neatly, they cleaned up as well as they could, very professional. From this one experience with HomeSpec I would highly recommend them for any foundation work.

I was very pleased with the service I received from HomeSpec. They were patient with me as I collected other estimates and continued to follow up. Once I hired them things went very smoothly. They arrived at my house on time and went right to work. They were very professinal and answered all my questions. After the work was completed, I had 3 outside people compliment their workmanship. One vender even asked me for a card so he could refer customers to them. They were all very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a waterproofing company.

I called Homespec (twice) to understand how they would do the repair. I didn't ask all the questions the first time. Their service was great. It was a simple settling crack the length of the wall floor to ceiling in the basement. They were able to explain it very well. They came out and a couple hours later they were done, area neat, looking good. We have had a couple of good rains since the patch and it is dry. Now, hoping the settling is done and no more cracking.
