Home spec came on time and gave me reasonable quote. Eric came to fix it in 3 business days on time as per schedule and very courteous , fixed it and explained the details.

Very professional. Provided all information and costs upfront so there were no surprise costs. He even pointed out that I needed to have my tiles tested, and yes they were asbestos. The workers were on time, worked hard and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They came back 8 months later to fill in a nickel size bubble hole in the cement, and the workers went around and inspected the entire area and made sure everything else was ok.

I have had several construction people in my home over the past few months and these four guys far and above exceed professionalism. The crawl space under my home only has two interior access points, fortunately the area is about four feet high and not too wet. Alex was the lead, with Sean, T., and Chris. They worked diligently for three straight days with only taking lunches. There were two box trucks and a trailer full of trash the previous owner had left and these guys cleaned every spec of it up. They left my home clean without any damage and were very careful to respect not only my home but my neighbors. The four gentlemen worked in great harmony with not a single snide or harsh word, only asking each other for assistance. Alex does a wonderful job of managing his staff and the other three gentlemen were pros. There was not a single word of complaint of any kind. They did not spend any time discussing their personal lives, kids, spouses, etc. I have noticed in just one night the difference in the general odor of my home, no longer musty and the warmth of my home has become even throughout. Their competitor was SEVERAL thousand dollars higher with me having to pay for the dumpster, HVAC guy and sump pump alarms. Could not be happier with these guys and this company.

Hired to repair rod holes in basement. Great work! On time, completed job in short amount time, great value!! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to basement walls.

The salesman (Ryan) really seemed to know what was causing our leaks in the basement. He explained everything very well. When the workers showed to repair the basement wall, they did a good job and so far (with a lot of rain the past week) no leaks. SO FAR,SO GOOD. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic customer experience! The salesperson, (Chris B.) and the guys that did the repair (Jack and Mike) where all very professional and pleasant to work with. The repair I needed was incredibly difficult because of the location of the crack, but they took their time figuring it out and got it done! I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to several of my friends.

Work was good. They cleaned up well. Took care of unexpected problems without hesitation or extra charges. Also fixed lawn problems resulting from cement spillage.

HomeSpec did a good job completing the specifics outlined by the sales rep. They were a bit messy and did not reconnect a storage cabinet which they removed from the wall. Indicated someone would be back to do that, but no one showed even after that was pointed out to them. We are hopeful the interior drainage system they installed will be all that the brochure and sales rep claim it to be. Pricing was fair compared to other vendors who provided bids on the project.

I had a small job. One rod hole to patch. Scheduling was easy and they called in advance of arriving to say they were on their way. They did a good job patching the one rod hole I had leaking. In addition, they looked at the slope of the house where I had the leak to see if they could make any other suggestions to avoid problems in the future. They certainly didn't have to do that. I would hire them again if I needed their services.

It took a while to get them in, but they were most likely very busy. They worked waterproofing for two days and did finish work and clean up on the third day. Clean up could have been a bit more thorough, but overall the work was a great quality effort. Didn't get a warranty form for our new sump pump, but assume that will come.
