Description of Work: I sent them an email over the weekend to get a quote. They got back to me first thing Monday morning and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day (I didn't have an emergency). The tech was very professional, experienced, & informative. He gave me a discount and did a little extra job for me at no additional charge. So far, no more bees in a nest I've been treating for two years. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: This is the price for our contractual year for perimeter spraying. Sergio's has been our preferred pest control provider for 15 years and has always done an outstanding job for us. They are professional, very conscientious and careful, and treat our home as if it were their own. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreWhen they came to spray the outside of the house but it was raining and the chemicals wouldn’t have been effective. He came yesterday to spray the outside. They have a tendency to set the bait without telling me and I’ve informed them that this is unacceptable because I need to make sure I don’t have any other appointments for that day. It isn’t always the same person that comes and some of them are very professional but others are not.
Description of Work: Sergio’s Pest Control Tech sprays my home for pests.

+ -1 moreRay from Sergios came to take care of the bee problem. Ray was very proffesional,experienced and honest. I got a quote on the phone for the bees nest for 150.00 . Ray reduced the price to only 50.00 for the exterminating of the bees, because he did not have to use a bee suit. I was extremely impressed with their intergity and excellent work. Also, Sergio's is a family owned company so you get the same person each time. The bees were gone the next day. If you have a pest control problem hire Sergio's.
Description of Work: I had a yellow jacket bees nest inside the housing for the outside light in the wall. Ray put a special powder inside the hole to exterminate the bees. Also, he sprayed the outside perimeter of the house for all kinds of bugs.

+ -1 moreThey are very, very polite. They are very good about explaining everything that they do. They told me that if I were to have any problems that they would come back out and re-spray without any additional charge. I will continue to use them as needed for future service.
Description of Work: They come out once a year in the Spring to treat for bee's. I used them many years ago when we lived in another city and just called them back because the bees around the house were so out of control. This was the first time in years that I had used them.
