Came the day called - hornets dead!!

This provider came back out and satisfied the issues I had, completed the work, and made sure that I was happy, that the problem had been solved. Took the time to discuss any and all issues I had and continued to come back out until the mice were competely eliminated.

He gave some tips on how to handle carpenter ants, every three months he had to come spray for them. He was really nice, it really got to me when it was suggested that the carpenter ants were in the siding. I called the siding company to get an estimate but after treatment the carpenter ants were gone.

Technician arrived on time, was very nice and knowledgeable about pest control. He immediately covered his shoes upon entering the house. He inspected areas of concern, identified areas around the house that could have been source of entry or problem areas for carpenter ants or other pest. He gave advice on things to correct to keep pest under control such as rotten wood, water spots, and hanging trees near the house. He sprayed every room inside of house and perimeter of house. We did still see ants after the house was sprayed, and began to see ants in other areas that we had not seen them before the house was sprayed. This lasted for about one week, but we have not seen any ants since that time. My only area of concern was the price. When I made the appointment, I was told that the service typically cost $120.00. I was prepared for a little difference in price based upon the and quot;typicallyand quot; statement that was made. However, I did not expect the price to be $245.00 which, I was told, included the Angie's list 20% discount. Also, for that price I would have expected a guarantee of longer than 90 days.

Very knowledgeable about animal behavior and set traps accordingly and were successful in capturing the mice. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a problem! They did their work well and let us know that we might have some additional mice (i.e. a couple survived the initial treamtnet). When that happened (since we knew it might), we called them back and they came again free of charge and helped us finally get rid of the problem.

One day out of the blue a colony of bee's took up residence on our back patio, there were many many thousands of them. Sergio's pest control promptly showed up and since it really wasn't possible to relocate the bee's, they took care of them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Spring was coming and the bugs were on the move. We discovered a little nest of ants in the upstairs bedroom while spiders and pill bugs had begun showing up in mass. Sergio's was quick to call back with an estimate and had the products we were looking for (pet-friendly and organic). They were able to make an appointment quickly and showed up that week. Bait was laid down inside cracks around a window for the ants upstairs. The exterior and crawl space of the house was sprayed for the spiders and the pill bugs. We did have a little influx of pill bugs soon after the spraying that crawled in and quickly died. Spiders were vacant for about a month then started to show up a little too frequently. We recently killed 7 in one day; too many in my opinion so we called them back regarding their 90 day guarantee. They already set up another appointment to respray; no questions asked.

Courteous, punctual, family owned for many years. Called to let us know was running late. Could not be happier. Assisted with the problem at hand (Citronella ants in basement) and didn't try to sell us on some whole house treatment which was unnecessary. Would recommend.

This was an excellent company! They solved the problem with one application. Within 24 hours I saw numerous dead ants under the location where we believed the nest to be. Within a few days there were no more ants, dead or alive. The company followed up with phone calls as they tried to determine if they would need to come back for another application. I was guaranteed up to one year another application if the first did not complete the job. I did not need the second application. Last summer there was no return of the ants.

I called Sergio's because my current pest control service offered me no explanation or suggestion about what to do with these small gnat like bugs I get clinging to the outside of my screens each fall. Sergio's came over and told me that it is because I live next to a retention pond and there is water so close to my house, there is no way to treat for these. They will keep coming during certain times of the year. However, he did suggest getting a tighter mesh screen so that I can still open my windows and not have them come in. I appreciated the honesty and helpful suggestion. He went through my home and around the exterior and noted some items to fix to get pests from getting in, in the future. He also told me that the chemical my current pest control company uses on the exterior of the home does not work in freezing temperatures and that have been paying for nothing during the one quarter of the year. I will be switching to Sergio's in the Spring. I would rather only treat when necessary and use the least amount of chemical. I also appreciated no hard sell and honest answers.

They did great. I had a problem with bees in my siding and they came out and took care of it. They came out and said that the bees would not come back and they did not. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.

I recognized a large hornet's nest at the peak of my garage (which is super high!!). I researched reputable businesses that had superior ratings before I made my final decision of whom to contact. There is no doubt in my mind that I called the VERY BEST. Sergio came the NEXT day, educated me and my husband on what the problem was, discussed the pricing, we agreed upon it, then he went outside-- put on a protective suit--- removed it! They do pretty well and are punctual. However, their price is not cheap. I have never really had problems with them. My house is on a slab, so once in a while in the winter in January for some reason I would see in the bathroom all these little tiny ants all of a sudden. I call them, and they come out and take care of them. They have that problem all over. Many years ago, I had Japanese bugs looking like ladybugs that infested my house. They were everywhere. I will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time and explained what was going to be done as well as what it would cost for both with and without buying service for the year. I have not had any pest inside the house since getting the service and they took care of the bee problem.

They were wonderful. I give kudos to them as they were on the phone with her for about half an hour. They deal only with insects, but they helped her. They did not charge anything, and they were wonderful. My daughter could not have done the work without their help.
