He pointed out a safety hazard, and when I balked at replacing because I don't have the funds, he offered to correct (replace the lock) at no charge. I understood why lock was not safe and will definitely call him back when I'm prepared to offer him a fair price for his labor. I would highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreI was really impressed with my whole experience. The guy on the phone was fast and efficient and was upfront with me about the total price. Other people I called kept telling me "starting at" but would tell me an actual price. I liked that the guy on the phone and the person they sent out kept their price they quoted and were friendly and fast. When I move in the next few months I will use them to rekey the locks at my home (the guy gave me information on that too which was really helpful). Thanks a ton!
Description of Work: The locksmith made a new car key for my 2013 Dodge Durango. It kills me that I lost my key but I was surprised how fast they were and they didn't make me feel like an idiot!
