Chad answered my call and had one of his techs on-site within the hour. They replaced several crummy quality doorknobs and added three new deadbolts and keyed everything. The quality of the hardware is great and everyone is more safe now. The cost was very reasonable and they did a very professional job.

Chad was great, explained everything and discussed options to replace just the cylinder or the whole door handle mechanics. He was very inexpensive compared to the local Rochester locksmith, and replaced the cylinder in :30 min and didn’t have to rekey everything. Would hire him again

Excellent work! Chad arrived on-time and promptly installed the locks on 9-26-18. He even made a small no-charge repair on a stripped door hinge bolt. Update: Happy to report no problems have occurred as of 4-30-19!

Chad came out within an hour and explained that the locks I had were very low quality. He replaced all my locks so the would all work on one key, gave me my spare keys and fixed a problem with my strike plate. All done in 40 minutes, cleaned up after himself and was so professional. I used my 5% discount and it was all very reasonable and I will definitely use again.

He did good work on the door, was efficient, and was timely, but did not like his attitude. Verbatum, "You should have kept the old lock and rekeyed in, not the cheapest one from home depot." Also, when I questioned the price (which seemed a little high to me) he said, "are you going to take the door off the hinges yourself." He also told me afterward to call other locksmiths and check their prices. Like I said, good work, but bad attitude. (Used an angies list coupon)

I recently purchased a used car and found that the remote starter I had was not as responsive as I would like. I had to hold down the buttons for extended periods of time and some buttons did not work at all. I went to this establishment prepared to pay for a complete reprogramming of my remote starter system on my car. This service can cost over ninety dollars. When I came in and ask for new remote and reprogramming, the gentleman assisting me told me that he perhaps could repair the remote without reprogramming. He replaced the outer cover and told me to try the functions. I tried them all and they worked. My charge was only fifteen dollars instead of over ninety! Their service went even further because when I left the store, I tried the remote starter and i was not able to do it again. I went back in and explained my situation. The gentleman came outside with me and showed me the correct way to use the starter in addition to some types to use it more efficiently. They are definitely a top notch establishment!

They responded right away and were here in 45 mins! They provided the best option and guidance for future upgrades to one of the locks. We will hire again when needed!
