"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. This was true from the pre-work site visit which was done with honesty and integrity. Patching a few areas would have cost less and wouldn’t have lasted but a few years. Joseph put the customer (HOA) best interests first. Our main road was rotting and wouldn’t last which meant repair would be a waste of HOA funds. Joseph was the only person out of 4 firms quoting who pointed out the entrance from North Territorial road also needed seal coating. The competence demonstrated from a 30 minute walk through of the road and driveways set HTP apart from 3 other bidders. Joseph provided written estimate and modified it with extra detail that I requested. It’s difficult to find competent firms and people with integrity.
