Description of Work: In 2011 (est....might have been 2012...can't remember right now....:) they added product to our a/c and it has been working very good since then.....also this year they looked at our furnace and advised us how much a new furnace would be versus buying a new one (ours was about 20 years old). We decided to buy a new one. We did not get if from them as they did not carry the brand that we wanted.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of A/C and heating system and duct cleaning. The price was before all rebates and tax credits. I had an excellent experience with both the salesperson and the people who installed the units. The office staff was great in helping me to have the proper information to submit the rebates and the tax credits information.
