Description of Work: Replaced a gas furnace with a new gas furnace. Tech salesman very knowledgeable and made proper recommendation. Followup by owner was most appreciated as I had a couple questions. The company is local and very committed to the local community. The installing workers arrived an hour late without notifying nor any apparent reason. All in all, the install went well with no problems.

They worked hard to make the service exactly what we wanted, and worked to stay within our budget. They were very unobtrusive and took precautions to keep our home from getting dirty. We feel like they could not have had better customer service.
Description of Work: Dense pack cellulose insulation was blown over our first story roof, installed gable vents, and fiberglass insulation in rim-joist.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was scheduled promptly and completed at the visit. The contact person was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was scheduled and completed within two weeks. The installation went smoothly. The installers worked quickly, were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and professional. The only reason I'm not giving an A on punctuality is that the installers came about 1/2 hour later than had been scheduled. Price-wise, I also got a quote from a 'big box' store for the attic work and it was slightly less. However, their estimate did not include the extra baffle work or minor repair and it was for fiberglass material (vs. cellulose). I feel the extra money was worth it for the quality of the installation and for use of the cellulose.
Description of Work: This is a remodeled farm house. Work involved upgrading insulation in two attic areas (the old portion of the house and the new portion) and repairing/upgrading the insulation in the crawl space and basement. Cellulose (vs. fiberglass) insulation manufactured by the company (which involves recycling) was used in both attics after installing baffles at the soffit vents. This is a more environmentally friendly material and is supposed to perform better over time. In the crawl space, insulation which was falling down from the ceilings was repaired as needed and a nylon netting was installed over it to keep it in place (it looks a whole lot better in there!). Also, fiberglass insulation was added to the walls which were previously uninsulated.
