I give this company As across the board. They were very good and I would use them again in the future.

Applegate did an investigation of what I needed. They gave me an estimate of the total cost for the job. I thought the original cost was a little high, however, after we talked we agreed on a little lower price. The did what they said they would do and did the job in a timely matter. Everything was cleaned up and they left no mess. My heating bills are lower and I am happy.

They did a good job and nothing has failed yet. There might had been a communication issue with their workers but they fixed it immediately and it wasn't a problem.

We have been happy with them. We have used them for a number of years. It is a reputable company. They seem to do a good job. They did air conditioning cleaning; it was a normal service. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did what I expected them to do. They are always responsive. Their price is good.

I don't think the sales pitch was clearly stated at the first meeting with the salesman. There was some misunderstanding. Then something was installed incorrectly, and we didn't find out until the heat wouldn't kick in and the house temperature was down to 60 degrees. They were prompt in coming back to correct the problem, but because they are professionals, I expected that it would be installed correctly the first time.

We were very pleased and impressed with them. Their price was low, they were very professional, and they were knowledgeable.

It was relatively a positive experience. It was kind of all wrapped up into the closing which was kind of an overwhelming process, but it was not their fault.

I am very happy and very pleased with the way it has been operating. We had to relocate it and replace the unit entirely. I am very happy with what they did. It was a part of a furnace replacement and air conditioning, but Applegate didn’t do the furnace. They only did the air conditioning. There was another company that did the furnace replacement. Applegate charged me about $2000 for the air conditioning, but I am not certain. When I had the house built, the air conditioning was located at the far end of the house. So, the guy who installed it had to run a long line to the furnace. That line is supposed to be installed without joining two pieces of pipe. After about 3 or 4 years, I lost the refrigerant all of a sudden. I had it replaced and it went again after a year. So, we figured that the guy who originally installed it put a weld in the line and that’s where it was leaking. So, we decided to replace the outside unit and relocate it to a place much closer to where the furnace was along with putting a shorter line. When it was time to replace the air conditioning unit, I called Applegate. They came out and looked at what had been done. Then they looked at where I wanted the outside unit located. That was very nice and they made some suggestions. We talked about it and they gave me a price for the installation, which I thought was reasonable. They came out when they indicated they would. Their technicians were very friendly and neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a nice installation. It has been working perfectly since. They called me on a number of occasions to ascertain whether or not I needed them to come out and look at anything or adjust anything. I told them that it was working fine. They were very cordial and very nice. In fact, one of the owners was out here himself to look at the situation. He came out during the installation to check on the workers and what they were doing. So, I was happy with it. Overall, they were excellent. I didn’t have any problems at all. Their price was very similar to what the original company had quoted to me. They were really good. I would definitely use their services again.

I wish we had gone with them, actually. The guy that came out was very nice and he was familiar with the area. He walked around the whole house, gave us some tips, and told us what he saw and what he thought. He talked to us for a while and answered all of our questions.

I would definitely get an estimate from them. We've been very happy with their service. The workers were very professional and efficient. Everything works great and the price was very competitive.

Great. 1st day they did crawl space and airvents, 2nd day they blew insulation into attic. We have a very highpitched roof and only 2 small attic access panels but they managed well. We have a 4 level home built into hillside so the crawl space is small but they managed well here too. Punctual, nice, explained everything well. Home seems toastier; time will tell on the energy bills.

We were not totally satisfied with them. Due to their incompetence we were not able to get out consumers energy rebate. They took so long with the paper work that we could not get the rebate work done. That was our biggest problem with them. The installers were fine and they did a good job. Their scheduling was also fine.

I was impressed with Applegate Insulation Manufacturing as they were very thorough. I had 2 estimates and they came up with a much more thorough need lists than the other company. They checked for more things than the other one.

We want to warn all potential purchasers of a new furnace and airconditoning systems that Applegate includes a thermostat is very difficult to read and program. The night the equipment was installed, it was 10 degrees outside. The thermostat was defective and did not work. We discovered that the numbers can be read but not the words.The next day Applegate replaced the thermostat, but to get a thermostat that was easier to use, in this case, a touchscreen they wanted $300 more. If the bids between 2 companies are equal but the other company includes a touchscreen themostat, I would choose the other company.

They do the routine check-ups and cleaning. I think their prices are reasonable and they tell exactly what is wrong, and always try to make the most reasonable repairs.

I have been dealing with them for many many years. They come by once a year. It is very convenient, I call them up make the appointment, they give me a two hour window as far as when they are going to be there & always make it. It takes about an hour & they do a good job. My furnace has never gone out. I will continue to use them.

Placed a call to Applegate in early Fall to get furnace inspected. They were initially very prompt scheduling an appointment and showing up at the scheduled time. The problems started when the tech said that the humidifier pad should be replaced. We agreed to get it done for $27. No big deal, except that we discovered (by a pile of scale laying in the driveway) all he did was take the pad out to the driveway, beat it on the ground and put the old pad back into the unit. The tech also noticed that our blower was making excessive noise. He diagnosed that it could be the blower fan, or cage assembly and that we should replace/repair it to avoid more costly repairs down the road. We agreed and the tech said that they would find the part and call us back with a quote. In the meantime, we discovered the aforementioned scale pile in the drive and found the old humidifier pad back in the unit. We promptly called to complain and demand that a new pad be brought out. They made some excuses and generally treated us poorly, but did bring the new pad out. We also asked about the blower issue and they said they would get back to us. Two weeks went by without them calling back with a quote, or any other information, so we called to see what the status was. It was as if we had never called before, or had service done by them. The blower itself was getting very loud and we suspected it was going to break. Sure enough, the blower fan broke in the middle of the night, filling the house with smoke. We called Applegate as soon as they opened and they told us that our 4 year old furnace was too old and that the whole unit would have to be replaced. We called a more local place and they said that they had the parts we needed in stock and that they would be out the same day to fix it. While we didn't get taken for a lot of money, it feels like Applegate was trying to scam us into buying a new furnace from them from the beginning.

They were very professional. They explained everything. They were knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. They were fast and accurate and were right on time.

They do a good job and I will continue to use them. If you use this company watch the company install the furnace filter to make sure they do it correctly. One year the tech put the filter in backwards and it didn't catch any dust for four months.
