Description of Work: Replaced primary sump and replaced water powered backup. Added separate discharge for backup. | |Overall, did a great job and very responsive. Had minor issue with initial consult visit, as they had scheduled 1 week prior to the agreed date, however, they called before serviceman came to home, so reschedule was done with minor inconvenience. | |Their rates are in line with other plumbers, but I didn't save much with supplying my own pump.

Description of Work: They replaced a leaking pipe in the basement; put in a new outside faucet; and replaced the gas line on the drier. The first day one guy was here for 1 hour and the second day two guys worked for 2.5 hours. So even if I'm generous and say 4 hours, that's $275 a hour and the parts were a negligible.

Description of Work: My toilet is probably over 65 years old. The seal between the floor and the toilet had developed a slow leak. A new wax ring was needed. I also had a shut-off valve added to the system. Original appoint was between 9-11 AM. Company dispatcher did call to advise me when plumber was on the way a little after 11 AM.. I also received an email with a photo of the plumber. During the repair it was discovered that because of the age of one of the parts he needed to leave to get the right part to complete the repairs. Upon return the repair was completed. The repairs were done and I was a happy camper. I did use an Angies Online coupon for a $30 discount.

Description of Work: Replaced a plastic dryer vent pipe with a metal one, had to cut into the ceiling...without the coupon it would have been $426. Now I need a drywall man to patch the 4 squares that were cut in the ceiling...cost would be $700...over $1000 total to complete both jobs...little too expensive for me.
