Description of Work: Installed two outdoor faucets and repaired a leak in the laundry room. They arrived on time, sending an email prior to arrival to send a picture of the plumber and arrival time. Very professional. Repaired a leak which other plumbers had only made worse! I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I paid for a 3 year service agreement and a hot water heater flush. As indicated everything went well. I was advised of additional services which I declined. I was told my hot water heater was working but 15 years old. I was quoted the price to replace the water heater. It was suggested I replace the current shut off valve with a new ball valve for $235. In addition I asked for a quote for a back up sump pump. I may use this company for additional work in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced an outside faucet which was a difficult due to severe access issues. They also redid the plumbing setup for a laundry tub due to slipshod work from a different company plus they cleaned out my sump pump well.

Description of Work: Creith gave me a very reasonable estimate for updating the bathtub drain pipe and fixing my leaky utility tub faucet. He was very knowledgeable and was also able to fix both of the issues in less than an hour. I would recommend him to anyone. Paul was a big help, too.

Description of Work: They were unable to just install the new hose faucet as the old pipes were galvanized. The cost to replace the pipes and shut off valve was over $700.00 and when they reinstalled the grounding wires, the lights in the house kept dimming. When I called them the next I was assured that the grounding had nothing to do with it. I called an electrician who came out and said it absolutely did because of the connections that had been added and they had to run a new ground wire from the breaker box and that cost an additional $349.00. So my $69.00 deal ended up costing over $1,100.00 |

Today they flushed hot water tank but will have them back to replace sump pump in near future as it's pretty old and due to be replaced. Universal sent me an email advising that the tech was on his way and included his picture, which is a nice touch.
