Description of Work: Free, part of once a year 3 yr contract -Drain water tank and refill then did basic check on plumbing throughout the house. He said pretty much that my plumbing is good working order and made some recommendations. Gave me a quote for replacing kitchen faucet & garbage disposal that I plan on replacing sometime this spring/summer. I thought the technician was professional.

Description of Work: Replaced our toilet. Checked our sewer lines with a video camera & did show me a 90% blockage at one point; was able to clear the blockage. Rebuilt 2 faucets. We had been having problems for a couple of years with our toilet backing up & needing to be plunged frequently - sometimes every time we used it! We had another plumbing company "snake" it about 18 mos ago & it helped for about 6 mos, but then we were right back with the problem. The first comment Les had after hearing my explanation was that it was "an old toilet." He felt our problems would probably be solved by replacing it with a newer one. Because of our house being on a concrete slab, with no crawl space or basement, we also decided it would be good to video the lines to be sure there were no other problems. The new toilet was installed, the blockage found was actually close to the street, & the new toilet has been working with no back-ups, so far! We purchased the 3-yr plumbing maintenance plan through Angie's List.

Description of Work: They came and looked at my shower leak. I was impressed by the technician on his knowledge and ability to solve the problem. However I was extremly dissappointed with the scheduling. They never communicated the status of when the technecian will show up. I had to call. I waited for the whole afternoon though I had an appointment was at 1. I wish they proactively called and updated the status of technecian arrival. A customer time is also valuable.
