Description of Work: sewer back up , called universal - within 45 minutes Michael arrived, he explained procedure and then went to work after 25 minutes of constant running the machine --- the water finally started flowing. when he pulled out the snake out came a big glob of fine roots. thank you Michael this was at 7:30 at night
