Paul the plumber fixed my leaking toilet. work was done quickly and he even cleaned up after! He was clean, professional and followed COVID-19 restrictions. Also took the time to answer questions and describe what he was going to do.

He had to snake the drain line. The first snake was to short, the second snake was longer & did the job.

Repairman knew exactly what he needed, left for the parts, returned and fixed the toilet. Everything was done within an hour. Very nice guy!

I have used Universal in the past...and once again I couldn't have asked for a better result! JD came over to "save the day" and re-caulk my new toilet that someone else had installed (poorly I might add). Universal couldn't ask for a better employee. JD is professional, helpful and very friendly. I know that when I need plumbing services again...I will call Universal and ask for JD!

They snaked the sewer. Removed roots. Suggested hydro jetting and placing a camera In the sewer to determine why it was holding water. They gave a competitive price.

They left the basement as clean as they found it, which was nice considering it was a dirty job.
