I was very impressed. Not only did they come out on time, they sent me an email with his picture and his name beforehand which I appreciated. When I called, the secretary told me there was a deal on Angie's List that would cover this amount of work. I called her back and I told her I couldn't find the coupon on Angie's List. She said it must have expired but she would honor the coupon because she had already mentioned it to me.

We were extremely satisfied. He was punctual, professional, and we will definitely call him again for any plumbing work in the future:)

I received the e-mail telling me the person was on their way. They arrived at the expected time and I explained the situation. The estimate and repair was completed in a few minutes and they provided a discount due to an unused part from the sump pump kit. I would use Universal again.

It turns out that Les Nelson also is a minister, working in men's fellowship. Knowing this immediately put me at ease. He put on shoe protectors, knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. I will call his company the next time I have need of a plumber.

We had been having with two of our floor drains over the last 6 months or so. We had tried drain cleaners, industrial main drain clearing products, a borrowed sewer snake, plungers and other suggested products and tools. We did has some limited sucess but the problem continued to return. Finally once the back-ups got to something worse than some dirty water (less that's right, disgusting) we broke down and called a professional. Universal Plumbing and Sewer was referred to us by several friends so we gave them a try. What a great choice that was. Les (the owner) is a master plumber and he handled our job. We were able to schedule an appointment right away and they add a cool function. Before the technician arrives then send you an email telling you they are on their way. Great because you don't sit around wondering if they will arrive. The also send a picture of the employee, great for ladies and seniors. Anyway, Les arrived asked a few questions and got right to work. We did about 5 minutes of flushing and running water and by process of elimination the problem was figured out in about 20 minutes. Les explained the problem, explained how he was going to fix it then cleared the clog. He didn't stop there though, while the water was now flowing he was not satisfied. He pulled off a clean-out cap and snaked that area as well. By the time he left our drains were running better than ever. The price was crazy low $125 and I should have called a pro first. When I added up what I spent with all my trips I was at $140 not to mention gas, my time and the time spent cleaning up 4 small floods. Save you time and sanity, spend a few dollars and high a great master plumber. I have already scheduled them to come up and replace some shut-off valves. Thanks Les and Carol! jennifer

My experience with Universal Plumbing has been great. Their workers are friendly and professional. They even show up on time. I especially liked that the technician took the time to explain the process which made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. I would use them again for all my plumbing needs.
