Got rid of 1 on the things that go bump in the middle of the night !! Talked about a good time to replace the sump pump and also got an opinion from him on another plumbing problem. Excellent service.

It was nice to see my drain with clear running water running under my basement floor for once. The service man made several suggestions how to keep it clear and running free. He was also the first person to explain how all the plumbing in my little house was hooked up and how it worked. He made since where as in the past companies were always guessing or feeding me a bunch of Bologna maybe because I'm a girl? Thank you.

Best plumber who has ever done work in my home. Nice, honest, great prices, quick response. Fixed my leaky toilet in 5 minutes flat. Proceeded to inspect all of the plumbing in my home for nothing. Gave me a couple of quotes for things on my to-do list for "whenever I am ready" that were MUCH lower than previous big-name plumbing company that I'd used. I seriously love this place. I will call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

It went very well. The installer was on time and completed the work very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. We would use them again for sure.

The service person came right on time, and we were given the heads up on the arrival time both via call and email. He covered his shoes, was very polite and really took the time to understand the problem. I was very impressed with the fact that he thought of many options without just jumping to the most expensive. Once he decided his best route he went for it. The problem (our toilet was bubbling when we were showering causing the shower to backup) was improved greatly, but the next afternoon it started to happen again. They came back again, resnaked, and only charged us a travel fee. This solved the problem completely. I can't say enough good things about them. I would use again in a heartbeat.

Very easy company to work with. I had a camera inspection done by a different company and it revealed some light blockage about 70 ft from the clean out. A gentleman from Universal came out, on time and very polite, to do the job for 1/2 what the other company quoted. I won't hesitate to contact them for future plumbing needs based on my first experience with them.

They were very professional, had to come back because of a leak, but fixed it and all is well! They did great.

The plumber explained they don't use copper pipes anymore and replaced it. Fixed my plumbing behind my washer so I could have a new washer installed and drain properly.

Creith arrived as scheduled and covered his plans. He was able to install the water pressure back-up without shutting off the water. He installed all new Pex pipe, a secondary PVC drain to the outside of the house, cleaned the existing sump crock, installed the new sump, the new water-pressure back-up and tested both multiple times. He cleaned the area beautifully once he was done. We purchased the water pressure back-up under an Angies' List Deal.

Plumber named Creith showed up early and gave an accurate estimate and re-installed toilet properly. We were very pleased with all facets of the job done and highly recommend this company. Will continue to use Universal Plumbing and Highly Recommend them to everyone.

There was an extra $350 on top. I think I paid too much for that repair. They could adjust the price and give the credit back.

Some confusion at first with the initial appointment but once we had a reliable way to communicate they were very fast and courteous. Very professional work and they explained everything and tried hard to help me out based on my needs. Identified additional problems when I asked and offered to stay and fix those as well. The price is what I expected it based on the service and professionalism. They even cleaned up the sink area and put all the knick knacks back

We had another plumber out last week to replace our old shower/tub faucet with a new Delta kit. We were not happy with that work and decided to call Universal Plumbing when it started leaking over the weekend. They immediately found the problem which was a bad solder joint on the tub spout. They re-soldered the fitting & fixed the leak. They also installed the correct Delta tub spout for us and caulked it. We should have just called them the first time and in the future we will.

He arrived within the window in which we expected him in a clean and professional truck. He inspected our basement plumbing, investigated a problem we were having with our water heater and made some recommendations for its replacement. HE NEVER TRIED TO HARD SELL US ON ANYTHING! :) He also explained what would have to be done to install a bathroom in the basement and how the service would be done. He explained the "tic tic tic" sound in our pipes that had been driving me crazy! When we're ready to have our plumbing services done, we'll absolutely feel comfortable calling Universal.
