Went great. Universal Plumbing recommended a restoration company first to find the leak, which they did, (no charge) and then Universal came out after I set up an appointment. Billy , the tech, explained what he was going to do and why. Very thorough and even added more safety precautions too. I would hire them again and highly recommend them. He gave me an estimate first and I agreed. No more leak! Their price was fair, I believe, and reasonable considering what he did. I had hired another plumbing company-ripped me off and did not find the leak so I know what a good plumbing company is.

Really well! At first I tried to go down the route of repair, but 16 y/o tanks just don't have parts available. They came out to inspect for just $40, which is amazing compared to some other plumbers who wanted as much as $200 to walk in the door. The plumbers sent were quite knowledgeable and went through options with me and associated costs. Ended up being the lowest quote too when we limited to A.O. Smith or Bradford White tanks. Did all the replacement piping and adjustments. Great people all around. So happy I hired them! New 50gal. Bradford White RG2PV50T6N

We had just used Universal Plumbing and Mark to replace a water heater and sump pump the week before when we discovered the leak in the pipe. The leak was in no way related to what he had done it was just a coincidence that it started leaking or we discovered it a week later. Once again Mark did a great job he came back the day after he gave me the estimate and did all the work and the problem is now fixed. Once again he was very professional and explained everything clearly. I have recommended him to a neighbor whose water heater just went out.

The office staffer who took my call was very courteous. She sent Michael and Chip (a trainee) out the same morning I called. It went very well. Michael diagnosed the problem, spoke with our home warranty company representative to make sure everyone was on the same page, and made the repairs. Michael gave me helpful tips to avoid problems in the future. Throughout the visit, he patiently explained his repair process to his trainee. I will definitely use them again!

Fred and Chip were on time, very friendly, and diligently cleared my clogged drain. Fred was very knowledgeable and offered helpful plumbing advice. I was surprised how well they cleaned up after the work was completed. They were well worth the cost, which was reasonable. It was approximately $200. First of all, they're very honest. Second of all, they were the third plumber we had out here and the 4th plumber to try to fix the leak around the wash machine and they were honest. The interaction is very professional. This is the first time in years we haven't had a leak out of all these years and with different plumbers.

The technician was very punctual and professional. When he arrived it just started to rain outside and then it was pouring... I did not expect him to go out there and do the job so I even asked when they can come back... To my surprise he said, no need to come back he will do it now... Now who would go out there and do this job while it was pouring down like that? He had to run the cutters through inside of the pipe and then go inside the drain to remove a big piece of calcification at the end of the drain pipe... When he was done he put the garden hose on the other end of the pipe to show me that it was all clear and good to go. To be honest I was very impressed with the way he did this job. I know exactly who to call now for any plumbing jobs in the future. I would highly recommend this company and Joe the technician.

Good. Unfortunately for me, I just needed a plunger. Otherwise, I learned a few things and received confirmation of/advice on my sump pump issues.
