They gave an honest assessment. They gave me a quote on a new A/C unit since I have an older one and they also cleaned it.

Jeff from Krane came out to provide a quote to replace our A/C and furnace. From the estimating process through measurement and installation, their team was responsive and thorough.

All of our questions were answered professionally, and with encouragement to ask more. They were prompt and very respectful.

Late one afternoon (around 3:30pm) was having issues with my furnance. Called the company to see when they would be able to have someone out to inspect the furnace (knew that being so late that having someone inspect it on that day was a long shot). I was informed that they would see when someone was available and call me back within 15-30 mins. I didn't hear back from them that afternoon/evening so I made arrangements with another H&C provider. After the other H&C provider had shown up at my house and inspected the furnace the next day, I received a call from the company and asked if I had been helped. I said yes but that I had to go with another company. I got an "ok" and then the phone hung up. I understand that this time of year they are very busy but was disappointed that they didn't call me back and were what I perceive to be rude when they finally did return my call.

They did a great job and they were very professional. The prices are competitive. Jeff, the owner was very informative and patient when answering all my questions regarding different types of furnaces. They also cleaned up well after themselves and I would use them again.

We're into the 2nd winter and both the furnace and airconditioner work perfectly. They were done in one day and to the best of my judgment, they did a great installation job. I've noticed, since the installation, that some of the work they did on sealing up various things looks flawless (better than I would have done). We had gotten an estimate from Lowe's (which uses outside contractors) and their price was $9100 and was for a lower efficiency air conditioner. Krane installed Bryant while Lowes would have used Trane. I selected Krane based on Angie's list but only after some locals that I knew instantly recommended Krane. Since they were into remodeling, I guessed they would know better than anyone - they were right. The Krane reviews reflected that at the time. I did know about some other good contractors from Angie's reviews and the only other one I checked out charged a friend a few hundred dollors more for similar work but for a smaller residence. I.e., considering the quality of the work, Krane was VERY reasonable.

The person ( if I remember it right, He called Brian) come 1 hour early than schedule time. and called me 2 hours before schedule time and let me know he is on the way to my house. He has done good job, very good person. He is very professional. I am very happy with his service.

Brian arrived within 2 hours of my call, and actually earlier than he promised. He got me up and working again quickly and asked if I had any additional questions before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to call Brian and Krane Heating & Cooling for future needs.

Brian, the technician was punctual and professional. He did a careful diagnostic evaluation and solve the problem in a little less than an hour. He didn't overcharge or try to sell me any services that I didn't need. Honest, trustworthy work!

My 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. I called Krane after finding them in the bryant dealer search. I am very happy with my overall experience. Jeff came in, meticulously went through my entire house measuring area, # windows etc. No pressure tactics, Gave me a very competitive quote. Jeff was very patient answering every question I had. On the day of the installation - the crew came in early and finished in about 5 hours. The metal and ductwork was perfect. There was no mess left behind. Extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend these guys.

The guys were great! They were honest (which I really appreciate). The fix was an instruction manuel stuck in the fan of a furnace. They could have made it a big deal and they didn't. They showed it to the tenant and explained that that was the problem. The charge was an honest one. I have already recommended they to several other people.

I liked that the representative came over before I went to work and gave me a quote. His crew came back later on that evening and installed the new furnace for me so i did not have to go any time without heat.

Krane checked everything, gave me a good price, helped me get my rebates from DTE and Consumers' Energy. Very professional - I had other HVAC folks come in afterwards for other things, and they notice the quality work on my Furnace / AC install. I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family!

We called the office for a problem with very little to no air conditioning coming out the vents upstairs. Office said we would get options on what we could do to fix the problem. The work he did with the cleaning and calibration appeared to be good. The main purpose for the call was to address our problem with no air going upstairs. They covered a comprehensive list of options with quotes. we are reviewing the many good options and we look forward to having them back to complete some of those options.

Very efficient workers(2) on time, and clean up after competition.

Our furnace quit working on one of the coldest days of the year. Trane was out to our house 1st thing in the morning and wasn't sure if they could install furnace till the following day but due to us having no heat they were able to install the same day. Worket till 7:30 PM to complete the job. Didn't like the expense but that comes with owning a home. We will also get $1,100.00 back from rebates which is a plus.

Overall everything was fine.

Air conditioner was humming, fan was not working and unit seemed overheated. Called Krane Monday morning and they could come out that afternoon. Unfortunately, the serviceman developed the stomach flu and went to the doctor. No problem as we all had colds and understood and weather was cooler. Daryl came out Tuesday afternoon. Appreciated his call to say he was on his way. Recognized the problem immediately. Had it fixed within 10 minutes. Will probably have them quote on a new furnace.

Called Krane Heating & Cooling. They actually answered the phone! They were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, prompt, professional and most refreshingly - they were honest. We highly recommend using Krane Heating & Cooling. Certainly they are now our "go to" provider for H/C services.

They are awesome. They are great. They have long time employees. I use them and use them for my patients as well. I refer them a lot. You can’t go wrong with them, they stand behind their work. I cannot say enough about them.

They were great. They were really friendly. Their customer service was great. The owner was the guy we worked with. He came out and did everything. We didn’t have any issues. When we did see something he came out, with no problem, and fixed it for us. The owner was, when we had the air conditioner installed, the president of the Michigan chapter heating and cooling association. He knew what he was talking about and that built confidence for us.

Everything was fine. The company was very responsive, and it did a good job of installing the units. It also returned quickly to address an issue that occurred later.
