Description of Work: New furnace and AC, installed smart thermostat I purchased separate. Recommended a home duct cleaning service company that was great and punctual. Came back when I had questions and tweaking to perform on the system.

Description of Work: They installed two furnaces and 2 central air conditioners. Their price was fair and they finished the work on time. They also provided me with rebates.

Description of Work: I would like to provide feedback for Krane Heating. They replaced my furnace.

Description of Work: We hired Krane to replace our 23 year old furnace in the Fall of 2014. They did a very good job and our furnace worked well this winter. The savings in heating bills that they estimated for us was accurate. The digital thermostat is very convenient. When our air conditioner went out in July, we called Krane again and we purchased a new air conditioner. We are satisfied with the quality of the Bryant furnace and air conditioner and plan on having Krane continue to do routine maintenance as needed.

Description of Work: They replaced a hot water heater. It went well.

Description of Work: Furnace quit. Called them in the evening, they tried to get someone out that evening but couldn't. Had a service man there first thing in the morning. He discovered broken part that was no longer available. Late in the morning I gave the ok to replace the furnace with a new one. That had the new one running that evening! And came back the following morning to finish up. Same day installation is fabulous! The other furnace installer I have used took till noon to get a troubleshooter out and scheduled a new furnace installation 3 to 4 days out. Definitely will use Krane again. | |

Description of Work: They came out to fix the furnace. There was a red light flashing and the furnace came on intermittently. The tech removed a hose and blew it out. The problem recurred almost right away and they came out and removed and cleaned the igniter and showed me how to do it. When the problem recurred the tech told me to clean the igniter again. I did and it still wasn't fixed. I made another apt. The tech called that day and said I should try another company since Trane wads not a Goodman dealer. The other company could not come out. I called back and the tech told me he was pretty sure the problem was a gas pressure valve and I could find it online. I did and called back and asked him if I ordered the part could he put it on. He said yes but when I ordered the part and it arrived, I called the office and the lady said she would convey the message. Two hours later I called the tech's personal number and left a message. I never received a call back. |I called another company who came out and fixed it. It was the gas valve. |I think the tech was trying to save me money. The second time he came out he checked out our other furnace which had a strange sound and after a few minutes found that the sound was a vibrating glass window, no problem at all. I was pleased that he didn't try to rip me off but disappointed he didn't call back to finish the job.

Description of Work: He came out right away and reviewed the furnace. He tested the furnace for carbon monoxide. He also showed me where the gas line comes into the house to show me that master shutoff. Overall, very good an would recommend. This was for a tune which was $69.95

Description of Work: Krane did an outstanding job installing new furnace and air conditioner. They gave me the best price compared to the other bidders and did not try to push me into buying any unnecessary equipment. The installation was done very professionally and clean. I am very satisfied with their service
