I give a five year warranty on all work performed on TREX decks, I pulled the permits within 24 hours of signing on the job. we started the work early and removed additional decking from site beyond what was originally negotiated without a problem or extra charge. we purchased additional landscaping such as gravel and soil. The deck was installed exactly to manufacturer specifications with correct spacing, hidden fasteners, GRK screws, 42" footings, joist 16" on center, all railing 36" in height, less than 4" space on all balusters, and we included free deck lighting. "We want to be the highest quality deck builder in Michigan and do it with style!" As far as professionalism: I responded quickly for slight changes to their awning supports and touch ups. The landscaping did damage a small section of grass but we fixed it and we had an error in records over a very small balance in the end. We have achieved the "2013 SUPER SERVICE AWARD" on ANGIES LIST from professionalism and we hope to continue to get another service award next year. This review is a good example to me and my business. I want to and will try a lot harder to be more professional and on point with every new job. A "C" rating is unsatisfactory. If I would have been clued in better on what homeowners thoughts were I would have tried to fix any issues. Overall: This family was nice and good to work for. They were next to us and over our shoulder through the entire project letting us know exactly how they wanted it done. We tried our absolute best to make them happy and I still will try my best if they have any warranty issues. I try my best to make every project look beautiful so I can continue to have good references and remarks on " ANGIES LIST".
