Frank did our Trex deck in new construction home. He was very professional and provide us various other options for design and lightings. He managed all the permits and made sure everything was completed in given time frame. Highly recommend Bella decks!

Frank and his crew did a nice job on our deck at a good price. The job took longer than expected because of the other jobs they were working on, but the completed deck looks great.

Bella Decks did an outstanding job building us a completely new expanded deck in the location of a previously removed deck at the back of our home. One of the challenges was our timing as we we were having a graduation party and needed to have the deck finished prior to the party. The entire Bella Deck team, from owner to crew, came through by going above and beyond to overcome some unexpected obstacles beyond their control, including the weather, to get the work completed on time. Not only did they finish the job on time, but they did beautiful work and did not sacrifice quality workmanship just to meet our deadline. Thank you Bella Decks for our wonderful new deck that we are enjoying so much.

Shout out to Bella Decks for doing an amazing job on constructing our brand new Trex deck and the owner of the company Frank Snell for coming up with a beautiful design. The crew kicked butt every day from the crack of dawn till the dark of night. True testament to hard work and integrity. The crew takes pride in their work and stands behind it. We can't get wait to enjoy it while this warm weather lasts.

Frank's team were fast and efficient. They got here early and stayed late to get the job done. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Bella Decks replaced my 20 year old wood deck with a new Trex Deck. Frank was able to come out and assess my job within a week and gave me both a quote and a design during our 45 minute visit - all other contractors took over a week and provided an undimensioned sketch with their quote. Upon signing the contract, Frank was able to give me realistic timing for when his team would be able to start and finish the job - both of which he was able to meet. The quality of workmanship of his team was excellent. The job was fairly expensive but Frank's quote was very competitive and I'm very happy with the finished product.

Frank builds decks that are breathtaking. He is a true artist at his craft. Your missing out if you don’t see his portfolio of decks he has built.

So our experience with Bella Decks was the best ever. Frank came over as expected ran a few measurements and designed a beautiful deck with prices for ALL types of materials. He knows his business, his products, his timing and his process. Frank’s quote was spot on (got5 quotes). The entire process was flawless. He knew exactly when he can start how long it would take and offered lots of guidance and advice along the way. His crew is experienced, respectful, HARDWORKING perfectionists. If something wasn’t just right they would do it over until it was right. Our 27x18 trex deck took 2.5 days to complete! It is gorgeous and we couldn’t be more pleased! Thank You Frank and the Crew!! Frank was very nice and helpful. He made some suggestions that made the deck look better and have more useable space, while actually saving us some money. The crew did a great install. The price was very fair compared with other quotes.

The Owner came over and had a great idea and price was what I had Anticipated. He said he would call me for a start date? I contacted him 3 separate times and he promised to get back to me. I really wanted the Work done this year, he also knew that. That was over a month ago. I never Heard back from him. Maybe he wanted bigger projects! Just guessing. I was very disappointed.

Owner came out and we talked 45 minutes, then he dropped the ball on sending me pricing estimate.

Bella Decks did an absolutely beautiful job on the new deck. They completely tore down an old two story wood deck, hauled it away and replaced with a larger more modern design. Frank is the most responsive, punctual and engaged contractor I’ve worked with. He worked closely with me to come up with the perfect design and the final product is everything I could have dreamed of. His crew are the hardest working guys around. Most mornings they started by 7:30, and worked until 7:30 in the evening. I’d you want an absolutely amazing deck - Bella Decks is for you!

The deck really turned out nice! We really liked working with Frank. He was able to quickly draw up a design and give a quote during our initial meeting with him. He really knows his business and wanted to make sure, we were satisfied. Frank also was on-site for much of the work, working along with the crew. They worked very hard and completed the deck quickly, despite the temp being in 20-30° range and also pretty wet. I'd absolutely recommend Bella Decks.

Extremely well. Frank was the person we worked with. He came to do the initial estimate and quickly figured out what was needed and immediately produced a professional drawing of his proposal. He identified options regarding layout and materials as well as the prices associated with each. During this he never attempted to try to sell more expensive options but simply explained each. In fact, he often noted that we may not want to spend too much on the deck. I always felt like I was speaking with the person that really understood the job and what it was going to take and not a salesperson. His objective always seemed to be to make us happy with the result. Frank was on sight during most of the construction and seemed to ensure the people working understood what to do when he wasn't there. He was quite busy both before, during and after the construction so it was not always that easy to meet with him. But it was never a case of him not responding. He was simply busy working with customers and I would not change my recommendation to use Bella decks based on this. I think it was more the result of him having a lot of customers.

Bella Decks is far beyond good. I can't even imagine how they could ever get a bad review. Really! From the very first moment and all through the process the owner Frank and his crew did an outstanding job. They worked extremely hard. A couple of days they actually worked from 7am until 7pm! They worked on a couple of really cold days and still through it they were friendly, professional, never complained and answered every one of my questions patiently. I even asked them to help me figure out if I needed to turn off my outdoor water faucets for the winter and how to do so. They kindly took time out of their busy day to help me. But most importantly they did an amazing job. Each time the inspectors came the job was approved without question. My deck is absolutely gorgeous! If anyone is considering using Bella Decks and would like to see my deck, I have told Frank that he can feel free to bring them to see it, or to give me a call. In the next couple of days I will add some photos so you can see your yourself.

Extremely bad experience. Our deck WAS NOT installed to Trex Installation Guidelines therefore voiding a TREX 25 Year WARRANTY. Required necessary items to assemble the deck were not ordered/purchased. Ballasts (spindles) are falling out at multiple locations (no screws). I would NEVER recommend the Owner of this company! BUYER BEWARE!

it didn't. Bella Decks responded to my original request with a request for a phone number & address. I provided and never heard from them again.

Shopped around decided to go with these guys their price was right on par but I went them because of the initial professionalism and response time. After I informed them they were the contractors I choose. I never heard from them again, after multiple attempts to contact them.
