Description of Work: They came for the service call quickly. Once explained very thoroughly and clearly to us our options for the furnace, we decided to choose 1st Heating and Cooling. They came the next day and installed our new furnace, making sure we had heat. They left way past dark to finish the job, and it was much appreciated. And received a handwritten thank you in the mail. Would recommend, and use again.

Based on a positive experience at that time and my satisfaction afterwards, I had them replace my main floor furnace & A/C. | |During the quote, Ryan was very through in explaining and recommending the different equipment options & various prices, the install process and the results I could expect from the system. The install itself went very smooth. Work was completed within the promised time and the work area was left clean. The billing amount was the same as the quote with no extra charges. | |One month after the install the A/C has performed without a flaw and no issues have come up. 1st Heating and Cooling also completed the required forms for the energy rebates that are available. I would definitely use 1st Heating & Cooling again if the need arose. | |

Description of Work: Ryan Beirl is the owner of this company. He did a great job explaining why I needed a new air conditioner and the options and levels I had to chose from. I was impressed with his sincerity and did not feel as if I was getting a hurried sales pitch. The new unit went in a few days ago and my house is nice and cool during this heat wave. He and his installer kept things neat and orderly. So far so good!

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace for me. The service was painless and hassle free.

Description of Work: They checked out the heating system for repairs. The problem was in the thermostat. They were honest in stating that there was nothing wrong with the heater. Said was that the system was clean. Areas that were dusty or required minimal care they cleaned. |Paul showed us the detail of this thermostat and charged us the minimum. |I recommended them to our building.

Description of Work: The initial call was to check my AC because it wasn't working, Ryan came over the next day I placed the call and immediately started checking my AC/Furnace installation, after doing some tests he determined that the furnace main board had a bad circuit that power up the AC, he also proceed to check my furnace since it came with the house and we had no idea how old it was, after doing an inspection of the internals he found several cracks, he clearly explain the potential hazards the cracks pose and gave me several recommendations. After talking it over with my wife we decided to replace our furnace, there was no need to replace our AC since according to Ryan it was in very good condition. I called him the following day and told Ryan our decision, I was expecting about a week or two to do the installation but was pleasantly surprise when he told me he could get it done the following day. Ryan, Marty and Thomas showed up on time, the installation went without incident and completed the same day. Overall we are very satisfied with the service and would definitely use 1st Heating again.
