Everything went well with the installation. My air-conditioning went out during some of the hottest days of the summer. I called this company on a Sunday and they returned my call that day. They had somebody out Monday morning and the air conditioning was up and running again by Wednesday. Great response and service!

This is a very professional company. The crew was prompt, knowledgeable, courtesy and followed covid protocol. They wore both masks and shoe covers and left my house as they found it with nothing to clean up. My installation was (in my mind) a little challenging due to limited access to exhaust the furnace, but they found a way that was neither unsightly or obtrusive. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I have worked with 1st Heating for 16 years. My furnace was 16 years old and air conditioner even older. I always trust this company for excellent service and quick response time with needed repairs. I like to be proactive, rather than waiting for old equipment to fail. The guys sent to install and replace the equipment were very polite and cleaned up after all the work. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

We called to try to get a quote and they came out that same day and spent time going over all of our options! We were definatly impressed by them coming out right away and that they were very knowledgeable! We ended up replacing the Furnace and A/C. They gave us options for just replacing the A/C as well as the Furnace and A/C together and we decided to replace both. It was a short time also from the time of the quote to the actual install. They were prompt for the install, were very professional and everything was cleaned up nicely. The new furnace and A/C are running great! They also checked into rebates for us to help with the cost too. We would definitely recommend them!

100% satisfied! This company and team is amazing. Excellent customer service from the moment I called and spoke with office staff to schedule an appointment for a quote to after job completion (they took care of registering the equipment for warranty and filed for the rebates on our behalf with our utility companies). Ryan, the owner, came out to give us the quote and we were so impressed with his technical knowledge and of the industry. He knows his stuff! He explained in detail why he was recommending the equipment that he did for our home. Later that evening, after doing our own research on his recommendation, we found no reason to disagree with him. The quote was competitive as well. It did not take long to get on the schedule as he knew that our A/C was on it's last leg and not cooling the house as it should. The team that was sent for the install, Marty & Corey, were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They put down tarps from door entry all the way to steps, down the steps, through the finished basement to the furnace room. I was worried as to how they were going to haul out the old furnace and bring down the new without damaging our finished walls. They made it seem so easy, I never heard them do it and not a scratch on any of the walls. They worked hard all day and you could tell they were conscientious and also knew their stuff! The install of the new equipment was clean, neat and done to perfection. My husband is very happy at a job well done. I was happy that my house was once again cool! 1st Heating and Cooling has this customer for life and we will recommend them in a heartbeat.

Ryan from 1st Heating & Cooling was fantastic to walk us through the work his company would do to replace the furnace and A/C. This was for us the most decisive factor as others were clearly sales guys only but Ryan did the work himself before and wasn't just doing a Sales pitch but was truly into the actual doing. The installation was very smooth and didn't disturbed us as we were home. They upgraded for free our dryer pipes which caused wonders on drying performance. They also filed all the applicable rebates with DTE and Consumer Energy. Overall a great experience.

Fabulous! Everyone who i was in contact with were courteous, professional, and very efficient, and wonderful to deal with. They came in did there job and left with no mess behind. My home is warm, my humidifier is working and my air conditioner looks great. I would totally recommend this company for heating and cooling .

Tom came and figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. And even though it was a Sunday (he was on call), he was happy to come over and get our furnace running again. Good thing, as it is freezing cold outside! I highly recommend this company...they did a great job!
