He did a great job with clean up and took away the old fixture and the 4 long fluorescent bulbs so I did not need to dispose of them. He also successfully diagnosed the cause of a problem with a light in my office and tracked it down to the light switch. (This had been frustrating because the switch started working again the day after I made the appointment.)"
