It was repair on previous work that they did so there was no charge. I appreciate that they backed up the work that they did a little over a year ago. The workmanship was good quality but the communication between the workmen and the customer had room for improvement.

They do great work! They've also done other projects for me such as tree trimming and painting. They are dependable and reliable.

Very friendly crew, fast efficient and impeccable clean-up after the tear-off. Very respectful of the property. They took extra care to be sure that the awnings and landscaping were not damaged during the tear-off. Did the little things like putting plywood under the air compressor on the back lawn so gas did not spill on the grass. All in all a very professional job, with nice people to have around your home.

As far as I could tell, their work is done well. Their timeframe, however, is not. They will show up at a different time that they will tell you. There's bad communication. We signed the contract and asked what date we would be scheduled for. On one random day, his crew showed up to do the work when we weren't expecting them.

I needed to bring my gutters into compliance in a hurry as I was facing a citation from my local municipality because my gutters connected directly to the storm sewer drain and did not extend far enough away from my house. I contacted the company and a rep. came out that day to quote the job. They needed repairs were completed in less that two days, including painting them to match. They quoted a very fair price for the job and they came in right on budget!!. Their quick response and professionalism saved me a ton of money and aggravation

Were doing work in our neighborhood, looked at our chimney for us, 550.00 for the job. Started, removed mortar one day, left didn't come back for 4 days because of rain, then snow. Let us know they would be coming out to finish, but showed up with snow still on the roof. Began to shovel off roof and use back of broom banging on shingles. My husband was angry and told them to pack it up and come back when the snow was melted. Came back, finished job, my husband had the owner and supervisor out and they did take off 200.00 because of damage done to the shingles. Would not use them again.

TKO was working in our neighborhood for several weeks. The salesman, Adam, came to the door to point out some brick work needed on the porch, the chimney and cracks near the base of the garage. We've never hired someone who came unsolicited, and without getting other quotes, and we'll not do so again. Adam is very personable, but he quoted a price with few specifics, just saying "oh yes, we'll fix that." It was very quickly apparent that the garage needed to have the footing repaired, which he could have seen with only a few moments inspection. In the end, the work was done, and done well and the price was fair. However, be advised that there is a lot of "play" in their pricing. Get quotes in writing, and don't take their first offer. I specifically requested a day's notice before the work was to be done, which Adam assured would happen. Then they just showed up and started working one morning without even ringing the doorbell. They first requested payment for the work that had been completed and said they would not be able to return until the following week to finish the footing work. When told we would pay for the job as a whole, as quoted, when it was done, they were able to stay and finish the job that afternoon. Again, there is no complaint about the quality of the work ultimately done, it was very nicely done. But working with them was not easy. The "D" for professionalism is for quality of communication, not quality of work itself.

They are able to take care of a wide variety of situations and are very easy to get a hold of. For the snowstorm job, it took them only an hour or so to get to my home, and the job was done in no time at all. They are courteous, they keep you informed, they clean up and they are a pleasure to work with.

One of the owners came out and gave me a bid. I was not home during the project but the work started and finished on the date promised. Work was sloppy, unfinished and tools were left. Contacted owner, came out to clean up sloppy work, remove tools and finish job. Water hose was broken on the revisit. Bill was adjusted for loss of hose.

THEY SEEMED TO BE PRETTY CASUAL ABOUT THE WHOLE JOB. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY SPLATTERED PAINT ALL OVER MY PATIO AND DID NOT CLEAN IT UP AT ALL. I'LL LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

MY OPINIONS OF THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. EVERYTHING LINES UP AND MATCHES. IT IS GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT AND THEY DO SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY ARE DOING.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY DID MORE WORK THAN WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR. THEY ARE VERY METICULOUS AND CAREFUL WITH THEIR MATERIAL. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE AND ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS WE HAD.
