I was called a half hour before they came to the house. The 2 men came in an introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. After they finished each room they had me come in and to inspect what they had done. I felt that they were very thorough. After the house was done they came through and put a protective coating on the carpeting. They told me that it would take about 10 to 12 hours to dry. It took a little longer than that but they carpeting, which is only 3 1/2 years old, felt like new when they were finished.

Good, not perfect but certainly an improvement.

I've been using Stanley Steemer for years. They are professional and do a great job on our disgusting carpet, making it look ssooo much better. I'll always call them in the future.

This company came on time to give the estimate. They were very professional and I will probably use this company.

I use them on a regular basis sometimes depending on the crew. I've been using them for years and it just depends on the crew. One thing I can say about them is if you are not satisfied, they come back the very next day and take of it. I've been using them for years because they do follow up and if you are not satisfied they come back and rework it.

The experience with them was good. I spent about $100 or $200 on their services. It was something like that. I’m planning on bringing them back again, as soon as the weather gets a little bit better. I will use their services again in the future. I’m planning on bringing them back in sometime this year.

Very fast and yet thorough cleaning that made a significant difference in the appearance of the carpeting. They offered value added (additional rooms and tile floors) as extra services which i also opted for and was happy i did as the grout work was outstanding.

They guys were excellent. They got in and out in 1 hour and showed up at 8am on the dot. I am very pleased with their service and will use again.

They did a good job and they were the cheapest at the time. They came out and did it, in fact I had them do our own house. They did a decent job They did a good job with the tile and grout, they did a nice job. It really turned out nice. They were attentive and clean. They came within a day or two of when I called them. They called in the morning to say they'd be here at a certain time and they were. I don't know how many crews they have but the fellows that were here were really good.

The two gentlemen looked over the carpeting, which was a BIG mess. ( It is light beige carpeting and had never been cleaned in the six years since it was installed.) They didn't seem bothered by the problem spots at all. They put down some pre-spotting spray on the biggest trouble areas on the main floor and went to work on the upstairs hallway. Then they came down the stairs and then tackled the horrible entry way and hall on the main floor. Now, my husband wanted to just rip the carpeting up it was so bad. I said I wanted to at least give cleaning it a try. My husband was astonished when the "Stanley Steamer" guys were finished! Never in a million years did he (we) think that they would get it that clean!! Both crew members were very friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. After they finished cleaning and putting down the protective spray coating on the carpeting, we were given the receipt and their names were on it and if we had any problems, or wanted them out again just call. We will use Stanley Steamer again....and ask for the same guys if possible. Yes we would recommend them to anyone!

They were professional and they gave me an appointment; but I had to change the appointment. I am going to change the appointment because house is not done yet. They were on time. They didn't give me a hard time changing the appointment. I have used them before and I will use them again.

Clear out as much furniture etc as possible. they do not move dressers or desks. completed in timely manner.

They had all their equipment ready, went right to work and were done in a short time. The rugs looked like new and much better than a previous - and more expensive - rug cleaning.
