Description of Work: We had the living room, stairs going up and long hallway upstairs cleaned and deodorized. We have pets and no matter how much we vacuum the carpets never looked really good. The men from Stanley Steemer came exactly on time and cleaned the carpets so well they looked new. They were even able to get out a stain from a dumped bowl of cooked spinach so there was no indication there had even been a stain. We had been trying to get that stain out for months. They worked with various spot removers for over an hour until they had it just right. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Description of Work: The providers arrived punctually as promised. They were very careful when prepping and moving furniture. They reviewed the spaces they were to clean and then thoroughly cleaned where I suggested. I actually had them add a room, as I was so impressed with the results. I would be happy to have them back to repeat their services the next time I'm looking to have floors professionally cleaned.

Description of Work: I had a spot that would reappear a few weeks after a clearning. They removed the padding from that section and replaced it with new padding of the same size. The stain has not reappeared. The white carpet has also stayed clean

Description of Work: I hire this company to clean my carpets. I will be having them again in a month or two.

Description of Work: We had a little over 2,000 sq ft plus two sets of stairs with 3 landings. One room had to be descented due to rogue animal in house. Stanley Steemers employees Mauro Z and Mauro C walked the area to be cleaned,checked for spots, and made some suggestions. The equipment brought into the house was wiped off as it reached the front door and a door shield was applied to keep bugs out and the air in. The men were very professional and alerted me whenever there was a problem area. Due to some really heavy soiled areas, the carpet was a little wetter than usual but it was clean. I would definitely use them again and ask for the 2 Mauro's. The cost was half of Absolute.
