Description of Work: when I first met the owner he was very cold look like he did not want to be at my home and I had a bad vibe from him. Being a person who try to look past faults I wanted to still give them a chance to prove I was wrong, however it took the company a couple of weeks to give me a quote I actually had to call to see if it was ready... and then it was ridiculously expensive.My next clue was the fact that I had a few question that were never answered I left a couple of messages with no response. There is so much competition out there why not treat possible customers the way you want to be treated based on Angie's List rating I definitely would have went with this company, after dealing with them one on one I'm glad I didn't.

Description of Work: They repaired two broken post, and the latch on my fence door. The only problem I had was when I called and spoke to the receptionist, she always told me to call them back, instead of offering to call me. But the second time I called she was nice enough to let me know how early Tom, the person does the estimates, and schedules the appointments came in and when I called him, he called back.
