It didn't go anywhere. I was told they wouldn't drive to Chesterfield for such a small job.

Since the company is so busy we waited until they had time to install the fence & gates. The men that installed the fence and gate were wonderful I answered any questions that we had they were very professional and very accurate and precise. They took pride in their work and It shows. They had everything done in one day and came back a second time for a few hours to install the gates wants of the cement had time to harden for all of the posts They always called us back in a timely fashion whenever we call them. We have nothing but good things to say about the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

I don't remember all the details, it was 2013, we received an estimet, they gave us a projected time, depending on the weather, rain. you have to wait for mother nature to do her thing. Once they started, it was completed in a timely fashion. it looked beautiful when they were done. I love it. we stained it ourselves a dark brown, to match the house. No gapes, so my dogs cant get out. only down side was their goffer dumped some excess cement in my flower bed around some plants. I didn't say anything, they did me a favor of setting my real fire hydrant (non working in cement. they were higher priced than any of the other fence companies. I was going to use them this year for a fancy aluminum arched gate, a wraught iron style. but changed my mind at the last minute, I decided against getting the gate. the workers were very polite, answered any questions I had, to my satisfaction. No swearing, Very professional.

Mr. Fence gave us a price on a few different kinds of privacy fencing. I was impressed how quickly they were able to come to the house, he took the time to go over a few different options for the fencing and posts and said we would received an emailed quote within a few days. After looking at the quote my husband called with some questions, they returned his call that afternoon and followed up with a different quote for the additional work. We called multiple fencing companies, and Mr. Fence was the only one to return our call and give us a quote (one company even told us that they were "booked for the next month but we should call them back after that"). While we ended up replacing the fence ourselves, I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were prompt, professional, and seemed very customer orientated.

On 9/15/14, upon my initial call to Mr. Fence for a quote for about 25 ft wide 4 ft high chain-link fence repair/installation at my residence, I was informed by the office that I would receive a follow up call within 2-3 business days from a salesman to set up an on-site visit for a quote. As promised, two days later I received a phone call from Gordon and we set up an agreed upon time and date. When Gordon visited the home on 9/26, he evaluated the entire back yard to assess the status of the existing chain-link fence. He called me and discussed his assessment and recommendations, which included considering a 5 ft wide gate if any lawn service was performed at my residence so that their equipment could enter as well as a small area of top rail that was damaged. I was highly appreciative because I did have lawn service that would have to access the back yard. I received a written quote from the office a few days following the on-site visit. The office was wonderful in providing me a few different quotes assuming modified scope of services. I ended up agreeing to the whole scope of services offered. I was impressed not only with the great service between sales and the office, but the price was very reasonable compared to the comps I received as it was lower than Lowe's and another fencing company I had engaged for a quote. Upon signing and mailing the contract to Mr Fence, I asked that I be called prior to the scheduled service date, as I wanted to make sure lawn care was coordinated with the project and concrete setting requirements. The office gave me that courtesy which I highly appreciated and they performed the work as promised in one day on 10/14/15. The new chain link gate, fence, and repair work was superb! I would definitely work with them again in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you Mr. Fence!

It was very good. Their sprint was really good. The gentleman that came out gave me the estimate was professional and gave me the information that I needed. The workers were great. They did the job, cleaned up and I'm really satisfied with them. The price was reasonable. I would use this provider again in t he future.

This was a horrible experience. First, a bit of background. I have a split rail fence on my 210 ft by 120 ft back yard. I was looking to have a number of post and rails replaced as they have rotted. In addition, since i have dogs, we have a chain link fence attached to the split rail to keep the dogs from climbing through the fence. I call this company and they promptly arranged for a person to come out, review the work and get me a quote. I was not on site the day that the person came by but my neighbor was and asked him to quote some repairs on his split rail as well - so two jobs from one visit. All in all, this was not a small job by my standards. I will expecting to replace about 8 to 10 posts, about 30 rails and make repairs on three gates. So, not a complete fence job, but not a small one either. The person came by, did his assessment and said that he would get me a quote. A month goes by and I don't get anything from the company - not even a call. So, I call. They don't have a record of the quote in the office and the person that came onsite was in the field, they would call me the next day - another 24 hours to wait. The person who came out to review the requirements calls my cell phone and leaves a message. In his message he gives me a list of excuses why they can't do the job. His boss says if we can wait to have the work done in November, he would be happy to come back and give me a quote then to do the work. But now they are busy and this is a time consuming job, and so on and so on. Bottom line, its not worth it to them to do the job. It would have been nice to know this a month ago when I could have made other arrangements after all, I took him at his word that he would get me a quote back. That quote could have been for a large number, but at least it would have been a quote. I was not expecting this job to be cheap, but i also did not expect them to not have the consideration of just telling me that the job was too small for them. Since i was already planning to replace the fence next year and this was only a temporary repair to hold us over until then, I guess I won't be considering this company for the job. Too bad, instead of being upfront and charging a fair price for the work requested, they just missed out on two pay days. I'm thinking the other companies that will bid on the new fence will be happy to have the $8000 in revenue. Too Bad Mr. Fence. You should treat your potential customers like you would want to be treated. I bet you would have a fit if my company did this to you. Good luck anyone who deals with them. If you think the job is not a mega deal, you probably want to skip them and contact someone else. You are likely to be waiting to get the news that your business is just not that important to them.

So, never received quote to be able to even have work done.

Even during the busiest season for fencing - Summer - they were quick to respond to my request for quote - and then their price came in much less than two other companies. They accommodated my concerns about the installation and where the fencing would be placed so they came out twice just to ease my concerns - adjacent neighbors had a lot of encroaching going on. Gordon was a gem and very helpful. Then the owner came out with some great suggestions on how to place the two gates we needed, and gave us helpful ideas so that the property looked great from all angles. The fence is beautiful, the workers were friendly, and their quote matched the final price! I would recommend them to anyone one needed a fence.

I completed an on-line quote request and was called a couple of days later. The receptionist took my information and told me a representative would call. I waited a week and called the 800 number. I spoke with a local rep who stated he'd get me an estimate and send it to me via e-mail. That was 2 weeks ago. Too bad, I was ready to spend some money...

I am going to hire this company. I had 2 other quotes from companies, and those 2 were like the "Bad News Bears." I will choose Mr. Fence because the price was good, but most of all the company is represented by professionals from the sales person to the secretary.

They did not carry the fence that I was looking for.

They were good and they did what they said. It looks pretty nice and they were pretty cooperative and worked with me. They were competitive and did a good job. They were not the cheapest, but they were close. I got good quality for the price.

Very well done, completed in a very timely manner, and as planned.

Their work was exceptional. I was incredibly impressed with the work that they did.

Mr. Fence Inc. put in a very solid fence for us. They poured cement down the poles into the ground for us. The fence was expensive but is very sturdy. The fence is very nice looking and has excellent craftsmanship on the top of it. It took them awhile to locate all of the parts for the fence but we didn't have a deadline so it wasn't a big deal.
