MJM suggested commercial Tile, sub contracted the tile to be done, did not offer sealant to the tile, now that major scratches are appearing when questioned flooring company, I was told the tiles should have been sealed after install. They were NOT, nor was this ever offered as an add on or even part of the process. I want this company to come back and seal my floor. (((((Sub Contractor was Omega Tile)))) Update: A resolution is being worked out at the moment. MJM is taking responsibility for what the subcontractor failed to do and seal the tile at a fee. Update: Furniture, file cabinets and other items were transferred to/from basement by arrangement [paid] with other sources. The waxing and sealant was completed 11/3/2015 by Ed and the floor/tile workers brought out by MJM. They did a very fine job of doing the basement in sections in order to do a thorough post-remediation/renovation job of finishing the tile work. Thank you!

Out of all the companies I contacted, they're the only ones that came out. They didn't gouge us on the estimate, and were very knowledgeable and honest.

I called them on Saturday and I got a call back from the owner within half an hour. He asked if it would be okay if he was able to come out within an hour. They sanitized. They started the work and brought over 6 fans. They also ripped up carpet, tile and moved a cabinet that was filled with over about 500 pieces of ceramics; it was very heavy. They moved that with caution and nothing broke! He is working on putting things back together too. They are the nicest and most considerate company ever! They are timely and they even call ahead of time to give us a heads up if that is okay with my schedule. I wished I could give them an A+ and they treated us like family. They really did go above and beyond with helping in solving our issues. They also made great recommends too. We then decided to go with them for the 2nd part of the restoration and they are in the process of fixing back our basement. They came over to bring over tile samples and we discussed budget expenses as well

I genuinely liked the individuals this family-based business provided. Felt comfortable with them in my home and with any follow-up recommendations they made. They were focused on their tasks and moved in a focused pattern towards quick and thorough completion. I would definitely rate their work highly and recommend them to others!

Overall, things went very smoothly. The guys from MJM Restoration were generally timely and good to work with. They even went above and beyond the original quote and added two more fans to the project, because of how the walls laid out in my basement. I would definitely use them again, if I had to.

It went great from the first time I called MJM. Every company I called was very booked due to circumstances of flood. MJM was able to get to my house within a week of my phone call. Mike was very friendly. They were prompt and professional. Reasonable price for work done. Left fans in place for 3-4 days and came to pick them up. MJM made a very stressful situation a little less stressful. We did not have insurance coverage.

MJM was recommended by my insurance agent. I am very happy they made the recommendation. Our house flooded, along with about 75% of the other homes in my city, when the sewer backed up. I had about 4 feet of water in my basement. I called MJM and spoke with Mike, the owner, and he gave me a ton of valuable tips and advice before I even hired MJM. MJM quickly came out to access the damage and then started work. There was a lot of stuff in my basement and a lot of different rooms which required a significant amount of work to clean and sanitize. MJM worked for about 10-11 hours straight to get everything cleaned up and removed from my basement. They then returned the next day to verify that all of the necessary walls or portions of the walls were removed and to clean up further. MJM has been returning each day to check moisture levels and very that all of the machines they left (fans, dehumidifiers and air cleaners) where working properly. Everyone at MJM was extremely nice and knowledgeable throughout this disaster. MJM was extremely busy helping other homeowners, yet whenever I spoke with them, they were always calm and never in a hurry, so I never felt rushed in the process and felt I got all of the attention I wanted and needed. I cannot say enough good things about MJM, so I will leave it at this...If you need a restoration company, look no further than MJM, they are a great company and get my highest recommendation. A++++

Freezing weather caused a water pipe to burst in our walkout. Our insurance company rep recommended MJM. Mike at MJM was extremely responsive and did a high quality job. Handled all filings with the insurance company. We would strongly recommend him.

Since I work during the weekdays I had to take a day off so that I could meet with him. He NEVER showed up. I called the company's number that was given to me via this site message. It was NO ONE's number. Then I called the other number that

This was the second time in three weeks that we had sewage back up into our basement. MJM spoke with me about all of my options and were really efficient. They were 10 times better than the company we had used two weeks prior. They were very easy to work with. I will recommend them to others and use them in the future.

MJM arrived within hours of the initial contact and handled everything with our insurance company and at our home. The end result was a like-new home with many upgraded features.
