Description of Work: Had an 80% 2 stage furnace installed, new digital thermostat, humidifier, chimney liner. Workers arrived on time and completed the job as specified. City inspection still needs to be done and entire duct work cleaning to be performed next week. So far extremely pleased.

 + -1 moreOn time, polite, and honest. The problem was something got into the airflow and caused a vibration. No cost other than the visit. Did try to up sell me to a maintenance plan, but that doesn't bother me. He didn't persist when I said, "No thanks".
Description of Work: Came out to check on noise that sounded like a motor was dying.

My only complaint is that the company called up a couple days later trying to sell us ''recommended'' duct cleaning even though the technician did not advise to have our ducts cleaned.
Description of Work: Performed an A/C inspection, fixed a water leak in the furnace area, and advised on several other concerns.

Description of Work: They did a complete check of the furnace, dehumidifier and A/C on two occasions (under gold plan).
