To the best of my knowledge they did a great job. The chimney flue was put in place and they indicated that if there was any problem, just call them and they would take care of it. They were prompt and professional.

The service department was very friendly and professional. I was contacted quickly and made an appointment with a price for the service. Once the crew arrived, I was told it would be an additional $99 for the ash cleanout. The chimney sweep wasn t very thorough. They did use a canvas on my floors and vacuum when finished. They left giving me over 5k in estimates. I would choose another company next time.

Called me to say they are on there way. Cleaned and inspected chimney with no additional surprise add on's. Surprise about this as the fireplace has not been used in over 10 years, sadly. (Senior Parents not able to manage or be safe with it). Dr. Sweep recommended a few things and suggested some ideas. Sent me information to my email and didn't feel pressured. All good and happy with service.

Very professional, they cleaned the fireplace out did the inspection and gave us a quote for some repairs all within 24 hours. Left our home clean. No mess from cleaning left behind.

When they first serviced my fireplace, the guy they sent out was great and I raved about the service. When he left the company, his replacement was poor. They never called me back and I had to call multiple times to get service. Would never deal with them again.
