Rob was excellent! Professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I wish I had recorded all the information he shared about fireplace safety before he even started cleaning. Thorough cleaning, but the value was in the inspection. He walked me through the entire camera inspection, showed me every aspect of the chimney construction, and where there were potential dangers due to deteriorating mortar. Thank you for keeping my family safe!

Jason was the mason who came out and repaired my chimney. He was on time, completed the job plus did an excellent job with clean-up and assisting in some additional needs around the chimney area. He was extremely pleasant and had great customer service, This is the third time I have used Dr. Sweep for fireplace and chimney issues. I highly recommend this company. Prices were also great.
