They did a great job on the cleaning of the chimney but the cost to put a protective coating on the top was way over what it should. They also did not do a good estimate on replacing my furnace stack. When they finally came back to do it they wanted to cut a hole in my wall to access it. This was never mentioned in the quote and they were not permitted to continue with that job and will not be called back for that.

Home Advisor categorized my service inaccurately--cleaning was not involved. Dr. Sweep replaced 3 steel chimney covers with stainless steel ones. Service guy, Conner, was great! Very competent and friendly.

quick response, on time, competative prices.. i did not give this a 5 star because the work done was not the best for my fireplace. it was great, but not the best.. we dont use our fireplace that much so it was pretty dirty, the guy came in and manually used a small brush to clean the mess.. i was expecting some sort of vacuum type, but i guess it wasnt necessary.. still great work,,,but could have been better
