He showed up right on time. Was quick and very through. Gave a very clear explanation of repairs needed.

It was a quick cleaning. The cleaning is really just a way for them to come out to inspect the chimney. After the inspection I was given a quote for needed repairs the ran above 2k.

Dimitry was great! He was early and phoned before arriving to give us the exact time. In doing his work, Dimitry was extremely careful about cleanliness -- thorough, pleasant and professional! After a thorough cleaning, his condition report was detailed and informative. Our chimney is 70 years old. His recommendations on how to protect and preserve our chimney's life, function and safety make sense, all concerns were backed up with photos he took while here, so we could see for ourselves...all with no pressure. I would request him back for further service and future regular maintainance. Thank you Dimitry!

Very informative about any issues that needed attention. Tech saw cracks in cement around caps on top of chimney during the cleaning process that I didn't know about. I was easily able to reschedule another appointment to repair the damage before winter set in. Not only is my chimney clean, but will be safe after repairs have been made. Thank You.

They were quick to reach out and schedule an appointment, and turnaround time for the appointment was more than reasonable. The expert that came out was knowledgeable, honest and spoke in a way that I understood despite limited knowledge of fireplaces and chimneys. Prices were a bit higher than competition for the inspection and cleaning but they did offer to price match for their recommended work resulting from the inspection. Would highly recommend.
